Took so long on my nails, Mary (the manager) said it would take 45 mins but it was 1 hour or more. I'm not exaggerating at all!!! The only good thing is that they were nice but Mary kept going on her phone every so minutes and stopping. read more

Lynn is not a good business woman. She was 25 late for my appointment, I let it go because I needed them done. She did a design on my nails and sue to time crunch I left and when I got home I realized the line was too thick. I immediately reached out and told her o needed the line redone and she said she didn't have any time the next few days so I asked would there be something knocked off my next appointment and she said no. I was going to her faithfully biweekly for over a year. Do you know she ignored my calls and texts For a week as I attempted to reschedule with her knowing I'd have to pay full price and she told me she wouldn't do my nails anymore because I hurt her feelings because I didn't like the design, I'd never complained about anything but this one time she fired me!!!!! I refused to go to the salon anymore because Of this immature behavior. If she would have just respected me as a customer and just fixed it there wouldn't have been a probably. I went into Regal Nails to get an $18.00 fill in and Mary (the manager) just starts ripping my nails off saying I had water under my nails. They put my nails on to begin with, so if I had water under my nails is because they didn't do their job right the first time. By the time she finished doing my nails she charged me $41.00 and remember, I only went to get a fill-in. I will never go back there again. read more

UGH. Went for a walk in appointment Sunday, sat down at 2:30pm showed the tech a picture of purple to blue ombré acrylics, she said yes of course if I get gel powder acrylics. I've never gotten gel before but I decided to trust the process. She added the blue first and tried two different purples but the color wouldn't work so I had to choose a different color. A little disappointed but I had a backup reference pic that was nude to blue ombré so I decided on that. Once she added the nude, the ombré was completely uneven. I asked if she could fix it, she tried adding more nude but each nail was uneven. She added another layer of blue to attempt to even things out but I had to point out every single spot that needed touched up or added on each nail. 3 of the other technicians came by to watch and give pointers/tips. She ended up adding glitter at no charge to try to fix it a bit. At the very end there was a lot of dried blue powder on my cuticles and skin so she used her oil and her fingernail to scrape it off... Didn't leave until almost 4:45pm. It's only been 5 days and they're already lifting and look absolutely awful around my cuticles. I would try to go back but while I was there another customer had a similar issue after 4 days and they told her she had to pay to get it fixed. I'd rather save my money and wait to go to an actual technician. read more

The nail salon went from dirty and rugged to beautiful and relaxing. All the technicians have over 10 years of experience. My pedicure felt like Jesus was in my presence, holy. The worker Anna has to be one of the best in the world though, she does everything with precision that even I'm surprised. Horrible. $ 60.00 mani pedi. Already chipping shellac polish should last 2 weeks it's been 3 days. Horrible do not visit this salon. Dirty and unorganized. My mani was performed by man with long snaggel dirty nails. I feel cheated do not feel cheated as I do do not visit this sslon. read more

While in Regal Nails at Wal-Mart on Dorothy Lane in Kettering, OH, I decided to treat myself to a manicure today. My nails are long, strong and healthy and I wanted to get them painted. Life has been rough lately and I just wanted to do something entirely for me, I needed a treat. I told the tech exactly what I wanted and sat down. Clip, clip, clip, the tech cut my entire right hand down to the nubs. I grabbed my hand and yelled, "What did you do", she replied, "You want nails done", I replied, "I wanted my nails done", and I could feel the tears beginning to swell in my eyes. I asked to speak to the manager and she basically said it was my fault, even though I had explained exactly what I wanted. I have never had a wose experience in my life.
