I took my 27 week pregnant wife for a float therapy on Valentine's Day. It was her very first time floating, so I was a bit worried before we came to Be Spa. After checking in and signing a waiver, we were escorted into the room with pod. The room is very spacious and the pod is bigger than what I expected! We love Be Spa. We've been going there now for 5 months and never had any problems. Mike is amazing, he's extremely knowledgeable and can break down all health benefits to a T in case you were wondering. Super chill dude! We do cryo and float. The dopest cryo machine I've seen yet, it's a whole champer for a full-body experience. They'll even play any song you want while you're in the chamber. A good rap song REALLY helps the last 30 seconds of cryo. The float tanks are legit, my 6'3 fiance had no problem fitting with plenty of space to float. You get your own room with a shower and a pod. You also have the ability to adjust the lighting and music while inside the pods. It also runs a self-cleaning program right after you get out. The facility is always clean and tidy. They even offer you clothes in case you need them for the chamber. It's the little things (: this place is A+ when it comes to customer service. Really cute place with great energy as soon as you walk in! I would 1000% recommend. Tips! - Cryo: I'd recommend bringing a sports bra and gym shorts. Best float tank I've ever been to. I've been to a few different places looking for sensory depravation tanks and bespa is the best by miles. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced. Now I'm going to make a bold claim. I had high Blood pressure and Im pretty athletic so my doctor didn't understand why my blood pressure was so high and wanted to medicate me. I didn't want to use pharmaceuticals to get my blood pressure under control and I'd heard that float tanks can help so I gave it a shot and sure enough after a few floats my blood pressure normalized and I credit that to floating. When I have the time I do one float a month. I recommend floating fasted if possible. If I float in the morning while fasted I find it very easy to relax and surrender. read more

My partner and I recently went to BeSpa for a contrast therapy session and it was simply wonderful. Mike was an excellent host, friendly and explained the therapy clearly. You basically get a nice private suite with a sauna that fits two people and a cold plunge tub that you can take turns using. From the moment you walk in, you realize this place has spared no expense in provising state of the art recovery mechanisms. Their FULL BODY cryo is the most legit cryotherapy I have ever received. This is real cryo, a full chamber covering the head. I also checked out their float tank which is a huge pod that even a 6'6" guy like myself can lay in and relax. I received a gift certificate for my birthday for Be Spa from an east coast relative who was able to easily purchase the gift certificate online. I had never been to Be Spa before although drove by it on numerous occasions and wondered about it. I went online to see what my options were. They have a range of options-float therapy, cryotherapy, LED light therapy, and now infrared sauna and ice bath plunge. I tried float therapy (at a different spa in Palm Desert) and wanted to try something different so I went with the LED light therapy. I first should mention how easy Mike made the process. He is a friendly, chill person and doesn't try to sell you on anything. He is super educated on all the therapies offered. He will walk you through your first time and explain everything and listen to your questions and concerns. The next time I went it was a nice quick check-in and I was relaxing with the lights within a few minutes. The studio smells great, is very clean, and has the most relaxing music. It is very hard for me to relax and I found the LED therapy to be as relaxing as a great massage. There is also plenty of parking. I am a big fan of "spa day" with my friends. This is not that. This is a great solo rejuvenation which I am also a fan of. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my visits here. I plan on continuing to go as my schedule allows. Let me make this short and sweet. Super impressed with my first Float Tank experience at BeSpa. Everything at this facility feels high end and brand new: from the tranquil lighting, clean float tank pods, super quiet rooms with clean shower, cryotherapy pod: top of the line/fully enclosed...BeSpa is quiet & clean making you feel like its your own private spa. During my 60 minute float I experienced complete light and sound deprivation, while being completely weightless. It took me a couple minutes to let go but once I did...I felt so relaxed. I never went to asleep but I did get into an almost dream like state. After my float I felt like a new man...rested and rejuvenated.
