When I first started coming here staff was great. I was able to book appointments and cancel them as soon as I found out I double booked with a doctors appointment. El Elle however you spell her name has been wonderful. Super friendly and knowledgeable. So are the other few staff members they I've seen on occasion. So today I made and appointment on the fly for cryo. After my session I ended up booking for Tuesday. A few hours later I get a reminder that I have an appointment For my orthopedic. So immediately I text the number 510 that's been texting me (after hours)that I need to cancel my appointment due to conflict with another. The response was. Cancellations need to be done within 24 hours. A fee will be charged if cancelled less than. Do you wish to continue. Honestly this may be a policy that I was unaware of and have never had an issue rescheduling or canceling appointments in the past. 25+ visits and was on the verge of purchasing a membership for cryo. But because of this type of customer service response it makes me second guess my decision. read more

I have a great experience every time I visit Beach Cities Cryo + Wellness! The facility is super clean and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. During my last visit, I did the hyperbaric chamber. The staff walked me through the process in detail, made sure I felt safe and comfortable inside the chamber, and checked in frequently during the session. The chamber itself was surprisingly comfortable. I was able to relax, get some emails done, and just breathe. Afterward, I felt refreshed and lighter. It's a unique sensation, but hard to describe until you try it. I have also done cryo, compression and sauna at Beach Cities and every experience has been amazing. I've never tried more modern ways to improve the way I feel and after my first visit to Beach Cities Cryo, I was hooked. Not because I feel calmed and centered after leaving (which was awesome!) but because it actually made my body feel better for days after the visit! I then took my team for a unique offsite experience (tired of the standard work happy hours that are no good for our bodies!) as wellness is one of our company values. It was a great experience for us from start to finish with the staff, the space and the lasting impression it left on us. Hot tip: I started with compression and celluma followed by infrared sauna ending with cryo. The energy surge, immediate mood shift and instant relief from lower back pain made it clear to me: inflammation reduction is one key to holistic wellness practices! I've since returned for h-bot and am eager to try the salt sauna out. I only hope others try out new methodology, even if it makes them feel a bit nervous, to see how great it feels after! I have been here several times after surgery and the cryo- machines zipper has broken twice. Has affected my ears. When I questioned the girl regarding the zipper, she said it had been fixed but it wasn't and the zipper came flying open. Not just that the sterilization process has a lot to be desired especially after having surgery. Which doesn't seem very sanitary to me like I said just coming out of surgery. Nor was there wiped down process. Pretty disgusting and scary actually. I requested a full refund. After 20 minutes. They got the owner on the phone to finally refund my money. I would go somewhere else if I were you especially with an open wound lol. read more
