    Float chamber entry
    Tina T.

This place is amazing. Let's start with Christian, he gave me all the necessary instructions and more information on the benefits of floating. It was obvious he was a pro and confirmed when telling me he has been floating for over 5 years. I went in on an early appointment so I was able to pick my room (they have 3). They are all clean and equipped with everything you need for your floating session. I'm a little afraid of the dark, but they gave me a little ball that lights up and changes colors to bring into my chamber. Everything about this experience was comforting, especially for a first timer! Would definitely recommend.

Long overdue review ... I learned about the float clinic from a gift certificate that was given to me last Winter. At first I wasn't really sold on going even after hearing my friends enthusiastic experience, but it was a gift and I knew eventually it would disappoint him if I didn't go. I'm so glad I did! The body loves soaking up that magnesium, mind gets elevated , skin and hair is softer looks fuller, plus the most solid deepest sleep! Since then I continue to go, and every trip to the float clinic is a different experience. The people working here are all gracious and knowledgeable especially Christian, every friend I bring with me gets a strong understanding on everything float. Side note: Christian is a gift from the gods. The float clinic is a very clean ,well kept facility and they offer affordable float packages, also they sell some high quality products. Each time I float I'm already thinking I can't wait to float again!

Sun room! (Writing on the door is from me, not the establishment lol)

I have recently started on a float journey. This is the best place I have been! It was clean, private and has good vibes. I love that the tanks are quite large so your elbows don't really bump against the walls. They also provide a pillow that makes the float experience soooo much more comfortable. I have a lot of hair and the last time I floated my neck was kind of sore after from my head being weighed down-- the pillow makes a huge difference! Also, Christian was so nice and helpful. If you're curious about floating, go check them out!

This was my first time floating. It was amazing. It's funny because I was nervous to try it. I have severe anxiety and mild claustrophobia, but as soon as we walked in ( I did a session with my best friend) Christy was there with a huge smile on her face and a unique and bubbly personality that just took my gitters away. They offer a 90 minute session for $45 dollars andiI believe do a vet discount, which is cool. The building itself was immaculate, clean, soothing and pristine. The decor is washed in soft blues, teals and whites. All very relaxing and very inviting. after all the paper work was done and we talked about any ailments we might have, Christy showed us to our rooms, which again were very clean and welcoming. she explained the whole process and let us get on our way. I watched a ton of videos for at least the last month trying to get my mind right for it and it is like watching a training video on sky diving, no matter how many you watch nothing is like the actual experience. My best friend and I have two very completely experiences, i did end up falling asleep at some point, well at least i think i did lol another yelper, Mary Z, reviewed it last year on here and I think ended her review perfectly, so I will borrow it: "Everyone's experience will be different, but if I can give any advice (because you bet I will recommend it) I would say, don't go there with any expectations. We know, expectations lead to disappointment so--just go and let it be what it is. Complete Mind and Body relaxation. I hope it transforms your life, or day or week, or month, as it has done to me. Amazing experience overall."

    Exterior. Very welcoming & clean.

So, this was my first time trying this type of meditation: Sensory Deprivation. -Long story short: I recommend it. ~_~ -Short story long: An appointment online or via telephone is necessary as they only have three sensory deprivation tanks and 10am, 12:30pm, 3pm, 5:30pm, 8pm, 10pm appointments, so this is definitely not a walk-in clinic. They offer a 90 minute session for $45 dollars and have a Veteran's discount too! How neat and considerate is that? -What to take? Just you, yourself, and you. They provide all the necessary items for a pleasant relaxing time. (Towels, earplugs, shampoo, lotion, cotton swabs, etc). -What's the setting like? Very spa-like, with bright, clean colors all around. Easy to the eyes. Once welcomed in, you get to choose one of the three rooms. They're pretty much all similar, just different colors. I very much enjoyed the ample showers! The stone shower floor felt amazing too (Wish I had a shower and not a tub sometimes). -What's the process? Well, the attendant there will give you a run through but if you want to hear it from me: You shower to remove all oils, get into the tank then, 90 min later you come out and should shower again, get dressed and done. The tank part; well the amount of epsom salt in the tanks is sure to have your body increase buoyancy so you'll have no problem floating. Shut the door, lay out and make sure you don't get any water in your eyes---that will burn. Trust me, I would know. Ha! Then, let go. In complete darkness, all your senses will be deprived. Just you and your thoughts. If you think you'll fall asleep at any point its ok--beautiful sounding music will slowly emerge to remind you when your time is up. Loved the music! It made me feel alive. Everyone's experience will be different, but if I can give any advice (because you bet I will recommend it) I would say, don't go there with any expectations. We know, expectations lead to disappointment so--just go and let it be what it is. Complete Mind and Body relaxation. I hope it transforms your life, or day or week, or month, as it has done to me. Amazing experience overall. And if I can name three adjectives to describe this experience they would be: 1. Invigorating 2. Motivating 3. Emotional In that order, enjoy!!!

Ask the Community - Float Clinic

I called last week to ask about using FSA for payment, but didn't get a call back. Are your receipts enough for proof of FSA eligibility?

Hello I'm trying to make an appointment via online but for some reason it's not giving me an option to book it for 2 people. Is one session just for one person?

Yes, one float per person. You can book another float for another person but they are separate floats in separate rooms.

I've been dealing with what feels like every issue imaginable lately. MRIs, specialists, arm numbness, back pain, ankle and heel pain, and thumb pain. I started seeing Dr. Kim a few weeks ago, and we've been doing shockwave therapy on my ankle, heel, and thumb. The improvement has honestly been amazing. The biggest win has been my thumb. After just two sessions, I could finally feel my grip coming back after struggling with simple things like opening jars and even doors since last October. My arm numbness and back have also improved, and every visit I leave feeling a little better than the last. Dr. Kim takes the time to explain what's going on, answers all of my questions, and genuinely cares about getting his patients better. He'll also tell you he doesn't like small talk... don't believe him. Somehow every appointment ends up with a great conversation. Bonus points for being so sweet with my fur baby, Jaxx, whenever he comes with me. That definitely earned extra credit. If you're dealing with chronic pain or are curious about shockwave therapy, I'd definitely recommend Back on Point Wellness. My only regret is not finding Dr. Kim sooner!

I'd been dealing with this massive stress ball lump in my neck for almost a year and nothing was working. I tried foam rolling and stretching constantly at home but it just wouldn't budge. When I went in, Dr. Kim really took the time to talk through my pain and actually listen to what was going on. He does these specific stretches during the adjustment that made a huge difference, and he definitely went above and beyond what I expected for a first appointment. My partner even noticed that the lump was finally gone after my visit and told me my walking and posture look way better. I'm complaining about pain so much less now and just feel more aligned. Even a few weeks later, my back and neck are still feeling great. I'm definitely looking forward to adding these visits to my regimen whenever I'm in pain again and need an adjustment.

Massage By Jaqu & Cait - Massage Bed (pre-appointment)

    Massage By Jaqu & Cait

Review #1006 2026-076…read more I found Massage By Jaqu & Cait shortly after my car accident. My physical therapist suggested acupuncture &/or massage along with PT to help with the recovery process. I'm not a fan of needles & uncomfortable with massage (personal boundaries & extremely ticklish), though the latter is more tolerable. I did various key word searches & jotted a few on a list... while Massage By Jaqu & Cait was not listed as a top 3 on any of the searches (probably because there's only a handful of reviews), they were responsive to my inquiry about their services. I mentioned that my physical therapist suggested massage to help with my recovery, but I'm sensitive to touch & extremely ticklish. Jaqu says she can work with me & adjust accordingly to my temperament. I booked with her since she answered my call & had first availability. I liked that she always sends a confirmation text the day before my appointment. To book an appointment, go to their website: jaquandcait.com to search for availability. Following the selected date, there's a detailed booking form that requires your contact info, massage type, massage pressure, & injuries disclosure with an optional message section; it also allows you to pay immediately or pay in person. I always pay at the time of booking, so I'm not sure what happens to your payment if you have to reschedule or cancel. On my initial visit, I was warmly greeted & surprised to see a large, friendly dog beside her! He's a guide dog because she's visually impaired. After the quick intro, she showed me the bathroom & led me downstairs to her therapy room. It's spacious & clean, decorated in soft neutral, earthy colors with an open bookcase opposite of the bed to store your belongings & clothes. The room temperature is always just right, I never feel chilly while undressed on the table, or too warm if it's hot outside. From the get-go, Jaqu applied perfect firm pressure & broad strokes that I never laughed. Though we usually start randomly chatting, I find myself feeling drowsy/sleepy from her seamless flow that melts away my pain & physical tension. She seems to know exactly what's wrong & how to break that tightness & pain, particularly where I injured my back & shoulders. Jaqu is so good that I get "massage drunk" because I'm so relaxed afterwards my blood pressure is lowered & I'm dehydrated from fluids moving; I'm also deeply relaxed that I need a post-massage nap. I always hydrate just before my session & carry a water bottle to immediately drink after. I'm really reactive to her massage because my face is also flushed for a couple of hours thereafter, though my kids think I have (blush) make-up on; apparently, my skin is "glowing" according to my youngest. My husband says I look more youthful. ;-) Services Offered (as of 03/2025): Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Lomi Lomi, Stretch Therapy, Neuromuscular, Cranial Sacral, Lymphatic, Sports, Cupping, Prenatal/Post Partum, Seniors. In Office Massage: 60-Min: $180 90-Min: $270 120-Min: $360 60-Min Double Massage w/Jaqu & Cait: $630 In Home Massage: 60-Min: $330 90-Min: $430 120-Min: $660 60-Min Double Massage w/Jaqu & Cait: $1,200 Adding massage to my biweekly PT sessions definitely helped in my recovery, especially the improving my frozen (left) shoulder! How does massage help in my recovery? It relaxes muscles (easing the tension around my injury), boosts blood flow (I typically feel lightheaded, like I'm floating after the session), breaks down scar tissue (maintaining flexibility for PT). While I feel some soreness, it's a good pain; I'm generally more flexible for a few days & can work a little harder in my PT sessions. Massage By Jaqu & Cait has great hours, open 7 days/week. I've only worked with Jaqu, & booked mostly after work & on weekends. Jaqu is an amazing masseuse... professional, friendly, intuitive hands, & superb physical stamina!! She's a mom of 3, & works from her basement unless she's on call for a home visit. What makes her so great is... her technical skills in knowing your anatomy & applying adaptive pressure without it being jarring on your body; actively listening either by voice (when I say I'm in too much pain) or by touch (when I flinch because my body can't handle the pressure), & adjusts accordingly; superb physical stamina from start to finish (the ending fades in a slow down finish, switching to slightly lighter pressure to calm & relax my body). If you're looking for a professional & intuitive expert masseuse, I highly recommend Jaqu at Massage By Jaqu & Cait!! She'll help you disconnect from the outside world, physically relax, & detox your body!

However, I can see how Thai massages would be great for folks who need a deep tissue massage or folks who like strong pressure. The bad: I wish they had an online booking option. They have a clear sign with the suggested and preferred amount of tip dependent on how many hours your massage was. Upon finishing the massage, the receptionist handed me the tip envelope. I didn't love how expected tips were. I had knots in my upper back that the massage therapist could feel but at the end of the session she didn't dissolve them.
