I truly think that the above is enough to show Nigel's tenacity and professionalism, but my case has been long and I'll provide a few more notes in case anyone needs more convincing that Nigel is the right attorney for them. More details relating case: My case began when I was pulled over January 2020. I immediately started searching for DUI lawyers, but ultimately settled for calling Gold & Witham. hiring Mr. Gold was the best decision I've made. I called fully expecting to talk to an assistant or one his partners but to my surprise Mr. Gold answered himself! that phone call locked me in. He had a different approach than all these other attorneys and he's really invested in every client. He was definitely a pain, but in the best way possible. I came into Mr. Gold's office frightened and worried about the severe outcome I was facing. He effectively walked me and my family though all the steps that he takes to reach the best case scenario, which was completely different from the other attorneys I had spoken to that day. Even with my limited monetary resources I had, he was able to devised a set of steps I can take that were within my budget. After being arrested for a DUI and wanting to crawl into a hole and never come out, I went into denial for a couple of months when I finally went to the CHP and tried to retrieve my own police report so I could find out my BAC and decide what I need to do. When I first got in trouble, I had no idea what to do, where to start. I researched online and began calling lawyers then I found Mr. Gold who made quite the impression. Unlike most lawyers I spoke with, he came across as very genuine and intelligent. After he gave me a brief background description, I was pretty impressed. One of the first things I asked him was "Are you going to handle the case yourself or am I going to be passed on to another lawyer within your firm?" Getting a DUI is not a thing anyone ever plans on or wants. Unfortunately, this very scary experience is a reality if you choose to make a really bad decision. I did just that one night and was arrested for DUI. I fell asleep behind the wheel at a stop light in Orange County and was taken into custody there. I felt embarrassed and ashamed in myself for making such a stupid decision. I was grateful that I didn't hurt anyone but was just starting a very scary journey through the legal system. After doing days of research and calling multiple lawyers, all with the same talk track, I spoke with Mr. Gold. He picked up my call right away on a Sunday afternoon to my pleasant surprise.
