And we hit this spot up fairly regularly...especially if it's the morning/mid-morning hour! . Everyone gets some version of an açaí bowl and honestly we haven't tasted a "bad" one yet! Highly recommend. It's conveniently located along the main road stretching west to east in Cbad (Carlsbad Village Drive - locals still call it Elm), and is also situated on a corner where just across the street is a parking lot -no fee. Growing up in Carlsbad, this place has always been a staple in Carlsbad village! They have great smoothies and açaí bowls. I ordered the Bahia bowl today and it was great. They use an açaí sorbet which I love. Wait wasn't too long on a Sunday. They have plenty of seats inside and some outside. Cute little smoothie spot in the village. I got the strawberry peach mango tango smoothie with the frozen yogurt which made it creamy. Very yummy and not super sweet. The pitaya bowls with the extra fruit are decent sized and really yummy with the blackberries and mango in it. The customer service was good the staff was very friendly. It's also dog friendly. There is plenty of parking right across the street. Several cute little shops you can walk around as well. read more

It already comes with fruit and granola and the açaí is great quality. I also got a pretzel and the total price was $14. It's not the cheapest, but I have gotten açaí bowls from other places that don't come with good toppings so you have to pay to add them and it'll end up coming to around $20 which is a rip off. There was 3 females working and each of them did not smile, not friendly and acted like they did not want to be there. I had a few of my family members say something to me and we all were in agreement. It was a very dry kind of vibe and overall terrible. We will not be going back just because of this experience. Smoothie is delicious!! Service was super quick, got my smoothie within a couple mins. Ambiance was fun and beachy.

The portion sizes are SAD. They gave us a tiny little plastic container with maybe less than 3oz of açaí in it, granola, and a little fruit. You can quite literally see how small the cup is and how little acai is actually in the cup. It didn't even reach the top of the container WITH toppings and had the balls to charge $8 for it.
