We found Beach City Window Cleaning via a friend who had used their service in the last year. Vincent first visited the house to count the windows and inspect the area for the work we needed done. During that visit we learned Vincent also has the expertise to replace the window "wheels" that are used to open/close the window. Plus, he would replace a few window screens too. The work was completed in Redondo Beach, yesterday: WOW, what an improvement! We now have super clean windows, and Vincent removed all dirt/dust from the window frame track; and he replaced / reconditioned many of the mechanisms on the window which makes them all glide open & closed, MUCH EASIER. The short version: extremely responsive, very fair pricing (especially on short notice), quality work, great communication, friendly, easy to work with. Will use regularly from now on. Details Situation: we needed roof cleaned. We had water coming through the overflow of our flat roof over the 2ne floor of our house during the most recent storm, which meant debris on the roof had clogged the drains. Since the next storm coming through was going to be twice as long with even more rain, I wanted to get that cleaned out ASAP to prevent potential roof/wall leaks and damage. Vince answered his phone when I called the number for Beach Cities. I described the issue and asked him if he could do the work today. He said "yes, no problem, see you in about an hour" and quoted me $100 estimate. Texted to LMK he had stopped at Home Depot to pick up bags for debris leading to slight delay, and I appreciated the communication. He arrived, was friendly, and got right to work. Took pictures and video of clogged downspout while he was on roof. Finished in an hour, explained what and where the clog was and how he cleaned it, and tested with water to make sure drains were flowing freely. Charged me exactly what he estimated and offered to come back for free if drains still clogged during/after next storm. Will now call him regularly at least once a year to reclean roof, and will also use him for his other services. read more

Contacted Beach City through the Yelp bidding process, got a quote for $15/window. Followed up with a quote for 6 windows and was told it would be the minimum $100. I then asked when they'd be available, and at 10a they said 2-3p the next day. I responded to book it around 11a, confirmed price, and gave them our cell (they already had our address). Today rolls around and they quote a higher amount (fine for us) and that they have availability in a week. Our job is urgent, so I called to ask why they weren't coming at 2p today and they said they booked someone else before I requested to book it. When I mentioned that our job is urgent and why didn't they tell us that, so we would have had time to book another company, they just responded that they are busy. No "sorry". So I have been searching for Vincent to come do my windows and gutters on my house, warehouse and garage for a while now (I live in Canada) and finally hunted him down just to find out he moved to California. He is the only one that has ever made my windows and deck glass sparkle. He is also the only gutter cleaner that did NOT lie to me by cleaning just the down spouts and doing the actual gutters as well. He was fast and priced fairly. My son also loved when he came by and Vincent always took some time out to show my son how to clean windows so when he was older I wouldn't have to hire someone.
