For a company that rents Airbnb's they have zero pride in the properties. The property we rented for three days total $2500 $800 of that was an owner's fee. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the listing. The property appeared to be a rushed DIY flip, with multiple safety and cleanliness issues. The stairs leading to the deck felt unsafe, and we didn't feel comfortable even standing on the decks themselves. Inside, we found sand and pubic hair in the bed, and hair in the refrigerator butter dish--completely unacceptable hygiene. Electrical cords were loosely strung around the house instead of being properly secured, and the bathrooms were the smallest we've ever seen. Fixtures like doorknobs and locks were rusted, and none of the exterior security lights worked, which was concerning at night. The listing initially advertised 2 E-bikes included in the $90 amenity fee, but that was changed after booking. Instead, we found regular bikes locked up--with no way to access them. A note on the refrigerator warned not to adjust the temperature or it would stop working, which was not reassuring. Overall, this property did not deliver on basic expectations for safety, cleanliness, or amenities. We would not stay here again or recommend it to others. read more

our stay at the Turquoise Place was amazing!! The condo was so lovely, definitely the nicest place that we have ever stayed! We loved the hot tub out on the balcony. two of the bathrooms had jacuzzi tubs and walk-in showers. It had a outside where you could order drinks and food a lazy river that was so much fun and relaxing, and a huge slide for the kids to slide into the pool. The only problem that we had was when we checked in, it took too long and it was very embarrassing, because I paid for the room for a week in advance like I was supposed to. I got from Getaways that everything was set up and everything was ready but when we were checking in, Getaways did not have us set up with turquoise place, they had to go and make a lot of phone calls to find us where we had paid and we're supposed to be there and you know people are standing there checking in and looking at you like what did you do? are you not supposed to be here, so to stay in a room for five nights it was over $5000 and I walk in there and checked in like a normal person because I went through Getaways Beach Getaways whatever their name is so it will probably be the last time that we go through been going through them every year, but this will probably be the last. read more

This has been a pretty poor experience all around. the beach getaway staff is overbearing, quick to disrupt and intrude, and absolutely refuses to help with any issues their rentals may have. I received a knock on our door at 8 am with unidentified workers demanding access to our balcony to repair tile. they came back two hours later to begin work regardless of our plans. they then left and propped the condo door open so all our possessions were left open for the world to take. The next day a man knocks on our door at 9 am because we left a paddleboard outside. we said fine, and moved it into the condo. instead of that being the end of it, he lectures us about safety for another awkward 5 minute. a few hours later, the same guy stops me in the parking lot demanding to see my parking pass I was forced to pay $50 for. it was clearly visible, on the dash, right where they told us to put it. At that point I told him to back off and leave me and my family alone. I will never use beach getaways again. they have no interest in fixing any issues and do not care about the guest experience in any way. July 2025 read more

I do not recommend this company at all. I have attempted to rent two different condos from this company and both times they have been cancelled due to the rentals "no longer part of their rental program". If owners are pulling their properties from this company that should tell you a lot about doing business with them. I will now be looking for a THIRD time to find a rental for my family. read more

The condo unit 6706 was filthy and the fridge, stove and microwave had bbq sauce or ketchup all over doors of the items. Shower in the master bath had mold on the tile and by the glass doors. Sand was on all the floors and was like it hadn't been swept since the last renters and the light was broken. We didn't report this for a week and they refused to come and clean the mess because we didn't report it on the day of our check in. We were staying a month and were provided 1 garbage bag and 2 rolls of 1 ply toilet tissue and a few dishwasher tabs! We had to wash everything before using. We will NEVER rent from this owner again as they clearly are not interested in repeat business or just don't care. read more

Endless Summer was a perfect vacation rental. It was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. The decor was beautiful. The beds super comfy. The decks were really nice with a nice view of ocean. Neighbors are close so no privacy from deck but luckily we had no neighbors during our stay. Had more extras than we could have hoped for like chairs for beach. Beach towels and a terrific ice maker. All the appliances are top of line. We had a wonderful stay through Beach Getaways in Perdido Key. Check in and check out was very convenient and seamless as we didn't have to contact for any codes and we simply texted to check out when we left. The condo was just as listed and was very clean and spacious. There were no parking decks and no wait times for elevators which is our number one priority when staying at the beach. We had a lovely stay Island Winds East. they thought of everything that you might need for your stay. Although we didn't do a great deal of cooking on this trip, anything you could need to prepare a meal was provided. The condo was immaculate And the view was breathtaking. Both sunrise and sunset could be viewed from the balcony. I especially loved that the main bedroom also had an ocean view. May places we have stayed had lots of rules and/or checklists before you check out but their guidelines were very simple and easy to follow. We hope to return for another visit. The condo is next to the beautiful public beach and a short walk to shops and dining. We saw dolphins daily and lots of shells along the shoreline. Highly recommend! read more

We love booking thru Beach Getaways! They are very helpful and answer all our questions. Any call to maintenance was a quick response. Our last visit we stayed in Crystal Towers West. Our condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and the appliances were updated and very nice. As much as we enjoyed our stay there were a couple negatives- the king mattress was very broken down, you basically have an oversized nightstand to store your clothes and the main room area rug was very, very stained and dirty. Although we wouldn't rebook that condo we'd certainly go back to Crystal Shores West and most definitely book through Beach Getaways. read more

We are staying at Crystal Shores East on Gulf shores Alabama. We booked this property and reached out explaining that we would need a hot tub for our autistic son. It is the only thing that calms him down while on vacation. They said that it should be working but it was up to the property owner for repairs if it was not. Well of course we are here and it is not working . The pool isn't even heated and it is freezing. He is not able to use either. After calling many people, it finally came down to calling Beach getaways directly for any remedy or compensation. They have done nothing other than a " I'm sorry". There are several things in the room that are broken and not working right as well. It was not very clean on arrival. Particularly the bathroom and kitchen. Very disappointing. I never leave reviews but I don't want another family to go through this. read more

This company doesn't keep owners posted of the condition of their condos. Family of seven stayed at the Enclave. Condo had no skillets, toaster was broken, lights inoperable. My Beach Getaways managed my condo for 5 months because I thought they would get me more bookings. I was sadly mistaken. They barely got it rented, and when they did it was severely discounted. When I finally decided to part ways with them, the offloading process what chaotic. I couldn't get anyone to answer my questions. I had no idea the condition the left my property. No idea the new code on the lock they put in. Communication with this company was lacking to say the least. There are 10 different people working on some aspect of the property so it was always "oh that's not my job" and pushing things to the next person. Very Poor Maintenance Building C is for Cockroaches at C23 Needle Rush Point, Perdido Key, FL Your Comments We checked out a week early on Sunday, Feb. 18, 2024 at 9:30 AM when I called your office to advise the sweet lady we were leaving early due to cockroaches. We complained twice about cockroaches, bug sprayer came 1/25 and on 2/15. Found over a dozen. We were so disgusted and upset, we could not stay another week. WE HAD IT by then. The property mgr., Jeanette emailed me she could not refund us for the last 7 nights if we left on 2/18. The next morning she sent over 3 men from NRP who took pics finding filth swept under the cabinet corner without a kick molding leaving a large opening showing us the nibbled on saltine cracker, cockroach egg and sweep marks, dead bugs under the the fridge and crumbs under the stove. They said it needed a deeo cleaning. They moved the fridge out to find a dead cockroach and filth that my husband swept up while they watched. Gary from your office left a card on 2/15 that he cleaned areas behind fridge and stove. (LEAVING THE FILTH IN THE CORNER BY DW.) I emailed Jeanette to advise her of this without any response. Seems to me your cleaning inspector did not check very well before we came on Dec. 31. The master BR blinds were blanketed in dust. I had to buy a swiffer to dust the blinds myself. My husband, got a sliver in his hand from touching the walls climbing up the stairs as the railings were very dirty to hold onto. It is hard to use dirty railings that have not been painted and cleaned. The cockroach problem should have been addressed BEFORE we arrived. I do not recommend ever staying there again. We had to buy COMBAT Roach Killing Bait traps to help kill the roaches when we went to bed as they take the food/poison back to their nest and feed others just to give us some peace of mind. The bug spray company just kills the bugs on contact and more come out alive a day or two later. This event spoiled our stay there. Even though on the surface, it appeared to have been clean in other ways. The bed blanket was dirty folded on the closet shelf as well. The tub drain was full of hair and we did not ever use that tub. We may have endangered our own health having the condo sprayed while we were occupying it. It is very unsettling to find two inch bugs moving about the counter and next to the bed or in the shower. read more

One of the bedrooms had a exposed outlet and solution to that was to put paper towel in the hole. All the Pot lights in the lower level are hanging out of the fixture. Mold on the downstairs refrigerator When we booked this home the home had a hot tub. No hot tub anymore. This company cares nothing about maintaing properly. We will not rent from them again and would advise homeowners not to trust them with their home. We did receive our cleaning fee of $419 back but the rental was over $4000! read more

If I could give it a zero I would. Rented High Tides Beach House in Perdido. The 4 ac units on first floor all had mold in them. The smell was so bad that no one could stay on that floor. I spent 3 of my vacation days on the phone and texting Beach Getaways to get the ac units cleaned but the strong smell was in everything on that floor. There were roaches crawling on kitchen cabinets. Ants were in the pantry causing us to throw away food. So much for over a $10k rental. Our vacation was ruined. What did we get from Beach Getaways? Phoenix V 116. About to go into Day 3 and still no response, other than fixing the dishwasher, or answer for the disaster this condo is. At this point I'm getting pissed. Parents paid $2100 for this condo for 4 nights and it's nothing like the photos. It's disgusting. I called yesterday afternoon and talked to someone for quite awhile with a list of complaints and was told I would be called back first thing in the morning. Still no call. I had to call today around 1 and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. We have Visible thick black Mold in kitchen, bathroom sinks and bathtub stoppers. Baseboards coming off wall in living room that caught my 2 year olds foot, tearing skin off causing bleeding. Kitchen cabinets peeling and deteriorating. Paint peeling off walls (2 main walls have painting peeling almost along the entire wall) Furniture peeling. All walls of kitchen backsplash have a ton of missing tiles. Dishwasher not working. Sink Sprayer had white gunk and mold in the tiny spouts. Paint on the doors peeling and wood splitting. Can't lock sliding door (we are on floor one-absolutely not ok). White stains (I don't even want to imagine what this is but have my guess) on decorative pillows in one bedroom. Dry food on all table mats. Hair and dust on cable boxes and remotes. That's just half of it. We were told pictures of a majority of these issues had been sent in before by employees but it's clear the main manga have done nothing about it in the past. I would have thought by this evening I would have gotten some type of response from management after 2 days of talking. Having maintenance come at the end of day 2 to fix a dishwasher does not fix or erase all the other stuff and so far the response is unacceptable. read more

We booked in May fir a June stay at Island Winds West Unit 580 in Gulf Shores and arrived on Thursday afternoon having flown from Colorado. The code we were provided in our check in email would not work on the unit door so we called the number given on the arrival email and were told that entity did not handle Island Winds West. We called the number from our initial reservation and left a message. We were standing in the hot, miserable hallway of the 5th floor with all of our luggage for @ 45 minutes and I became physically ill due to the heat. Someone finally called with a code that worked. We entered the unit only to see three industrial blowers and an industrial heater on the floor. We again called the reservations number and they said they knew nothing about the blowers/dryer. and that we would need to contact the front desk, who said they knew nothing either. We called reservations again and they had "Leah" call us back. She said there had been a leak in the washing machine but that had been repaired and again knew nothing about blowers/dryer. I expressed my concern that the unit was not ready to rent and asked to be moved. She said that was nit possible and to please faciiitate turning the blowers/dryer on and off. REALLY? I paid full price only to be asked to be a maintenance person??? A technician showed up the next afternoon and said the blowers would be removed the next day. They weren 't. He also said they were unaware the unit had been rented. We then attempted to use the washer / dryer and the dryer worked for @15 minutes then stopped and would not restart for an hour, then only 15 minutes, etc... After returning to CO I emailed requesting an adjustment to the rate as again I am of the opinion the unit was NOT ready to rent. I was offered a reduced rate for a future stay. I can say without equivocation it will be a cold day in HELL before I spend another dime with Beach Getaways. BEWARE!!. read more
