On Friday June 22, my friends and I arrived to find a foul odor, black mold on the walls of the bathroom, stained walls and dirty linens, grime in the vents and a balcony with dirty and unusable deck furniture. The carpet was disgusting and the linoleum floors were coming apart. (Pictures are included with this review.) We immediately contacted Young's Sun Coast Vacation Rentals. We were initially told there were no other accommodations available. In an attempt to mend the situation they sent 2 workers to view the disgusting accommodation. Those 2 individuals attempted to bleach and clean. They did their best but unfortunately there was no fixing the situation. Additionally, there was also no fixing our initial conversation with Young's Sun Coast's worker Laurie who actually asked us to "smell the linens" and stated "this is what you get in a budget rental." Note we had to buy sleeping bags to use inside the property that night. After 24 hours of conversations with various Young's Sun Coast Vacation Rental personnel our vacation was later salvaged by Daniel and Misty who placed us in a beautiful accommodation in the Sanibel condominiums. Those were beautiful and amazing. In conclusion: Do NOT stay the Grand Caribbean Condo 204 in gulf shores it is disgusting. Thanks Daniel and Misty for fixing our accommodations. Young's Sun Coast Vacation Rentals please consider giving Laurie some extended training in customer service.

BEWARE!!! We vacation on Ft Morgan beach every October of over 20 years The last two years we…read morehave enjoyed Al-Mos Paradise beach house. I put a $495 deposit down on Al-Mos Paradise in July 17,2026 for our normal group. Then my mother wanted to join us and I called Youngs Sun Coast to see if they had a slightly larger property to accommodate us. Not only was I told they had no property for 6 adults needing 4 bathrooms, they kept my nearly $500 deposit over 3 months before our reservation and only 1 week after booking I am so stunned I do not want this money grab to happen to anyone else. The fact that I tried to find a slightly larger property with them and they were unable to accommodate me yet still kept my $495 over 3 mos from the reservation days after reserving when I tried to find another property with them. Be very careful with this company they are clearly about cash not people. If you want the money grab treatment, Youngs Suncoast is your place!
