Roberts is the worst property manager I have ever encountered as well as a LIAR. This is the worst bisiness I have encountered in 60 years! The plumbing backed up day one and for two days toxic sewage flooded the house. Twice plumbers came out. They offered a small compensation and then 18 months latr we were still trying to collect!!! After finally reaching the house manager, I requested a check since the credit card had been cancelled in the interim. Instead despite explicit instructions to which Robert responded, he sended it to the defunct card. Now I am still fighting to get the money!!! He is AWFUL TO DEAL WITH and I say to avaoid all his properties. They own a ton of them and do not care ab out anything except people' money without providing service.

There's a lot of construction going on and a trailer that hauls in equipment parked at the empty site next to us when there is a whole row of empty rv sites. Our grill looks like it's been through WW2. And has no propane in it. People take their big dogs to the dog park and don't clean up after them. On the plus side the pool is nice. Most of the rv sites are big rig friendly. The town of Jensen Beach is quaint and within walking distance. I'm not entirely sure if I would recommend this place. They charge 3,400.00 a month for a rv site! At this price I would expect a lot more than what is offered. Like walking distance to the beach!

She is kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely joyful in her work. Wendy doesn't just serve food and drinks--she creates an experience that makes you happy to be staying at this hotel. The building exterior and interior have been upkept well. The paintings and decorative accents are wonderful. The bed, bathroom, and even the extra hang out areas and kitchen are a great plus. Room was well worth the cost and we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast baskets available are a perfect grab and go meal. We will return. There are a few things to keep in mind: 1- The restaurant and bar on first floor ate no longer open, so don't plan to eat or drink on site (bars and eateries are very close by). 2 - The hundred plus year old railroad system runs directly across from the hotel and the entire business district. Pool area looked nice and clean and several couples appeared enamorous and laid back, nothing wrong or inappropriate. Tiki Bar was small. We stayed in the hotel in the IBIS building which has 6 units. Room #3 had a king sized bed, full kitchen and a good amount of storage. The grounds have a small pier, plus a decent sized pool. On our side of the building a good sized tiki bar area with about 5 tables around it. We would just gather at night and enjoy our meal or an adult libation. The tiki bar looks like it hasn't been used in a while. Quiet location with much to do in the Jensen Beach/Stuart area. Yes we would stay here again.

Upstairs has a balcony and totally new bathroom. The pictures are accurate. We also love the location. Lots of restaurants along Ocean Drive.
