I was pretty upset about that since I had been calling my doctor's office all day since 8:20 this morning! I called ahead just to see if it was crowded and was happy to hear it wasn't so I drove straight there. Clarissa, the very competent receptionist, took my information quickly and led me to an exam room and Jessica, the nurse, greeted me and asked my symptoms. She came right back and did an instant strep test since I said I had a sore throat. Soon Nurse Practitioner, Sarah, came in and informed me I had strep throat! She then examined me and said she would call in a prescription to the pharmacy of my choice. The whole thing was quick and painless. I found the Urgent Care very clean and attractive with exceptional personnel. I would certainly go back again. Thank you, ladies, for taking such good care of a senior lady like me!

You're supposed to do a urine culture so you KNOW which antibiotic to prescribe. Jump forward three weeks and now she's in the ER with a kidney stone. Had to miss a trip to Italy that was planned.

They also stripped me completely naked several times to try and show my injury wasn't real (though it was clearly all over my legs and no reason to be stripped naked for it) and of course I have never done drugs in my life so after informing me my results were all clear they falsified the medical records/ police reports to say I tested positive for drugs. The staff terrorized me in the ward, taunted me about what the security guards did to my face, threatened to do worse and made so many outrageously false allegations against me in the medical records I don't even know how to handle it. It ruined my life and I am still looking for a lawyer to help with this nightmare.

The PA Brett Palmer was awesome ! He stitched my foot and was so careful and caring ! I was there for awhile but they checked everything! From X-rays to flushing the wound out ! I felt like they did a better job then if I had went to my doctor ! I did not feel rushed in anyway ! Good job and thank you ! I went back to get the stitches removed 10 days later ! The customer service was definitely not as good as my first visit! They seemed shorthanded and the wait time was long ! They put me in the room for the doctor to come remove my stitches and I waited forever !!!!! I thought they had forgot me ! He came in ! They hire people and staff who can't answer questions or know what they are doing. They constantly tell you they will call you back because they can't answer your question and then they don't call you back. Then - when you need just a BC refill they make you leave a voicemail then they don't call it in or call you back. I also was in for a routine check up once and two of their staff couldn't even draw blood and caused major bruises and bleeding. Took them 30 minutes to draw blood. I would recommend going to an actual Obgyn or doctor who knows what they're doing or else you will be sorry.
