They also stripped me completely naked several times to try and show my injury wasn't real (though it was clearly all over my legs and no reason to be stripped naked for it) and of course I have never done drugs in my life so after informing me my results were all clear they falsified the medical records/ police reports to say I tested positive for drugs. The staff terrorized me in the ward, taunted me about what the security guards did to my face, threatened to do worse and made so many outrageously false allegations against me in the medical records I don't even know how to handle it. It ruined my life and I am still looking for a lawyer to help with this nightmare.

The customer service was definitely not as good as my first visit! They seemed shorthanded and the wait time was long ! They hire people and staff who can't answer questions or know what they are doing. They constantly tell you they will call you back because they can't answer your question and then they don't call you back. Then - when you need just a BC refill they make you leave a voicemail then they don't call it in or call you back. I also was in for a routine check up once and two of their staff couldn't even draw blood and caused major bruises and bleeding. Took them 30 minutes to draw blood. I would recommend going to an actual Obgyn or doctor who knows what they're doing or else you will be sorry.
