When my husband would go there for a bad cold he would sit for over a hour waiting to see somebody. Recently my husband had to have surgery and needed a routine physical. They said they weren't his primary. He has been dealing with many other medical problems and they have received all paperwork. They told him you have to come once a year which he didn't know and they never once reach out to him telling him this. They refused to see him. His doctor he was assigned was Dr. Beach, yet he has never met the man. He is always too busy with diabetes patients. Horrible medical practice. Please do yourself a favor and go to a doctor that is going to care about their patients.

The PA Brett Palmer was awesome ! He stitched my foot and was so careful and caring ! I was there for awhile but they checked everything! From X-rays to flushing the wound out ! I felt like they did a better job then if I had went to my doctor ! I did not feel rushed in anyway ! Good job and thank you ! I went back to get the stitches removed 10 days later ! The customer service was definitely not as good as my first visit! They seemed shorthanded and the wait time was long ! They put me in the room for the doctor to come remove my stitches and I waited forever !!!!! I thought they had forgot me ! He came in !
