I have been a customer of American Pride Golf Carts for 8 years. I have bought 3 carts from them and traded 2 old ones to them. The results have been not only wonderful but the integrity with which Logan Hayden (President) has, it is 1000% the only golf cart dealership I trust. Example: I had a cart I wanted to trade for my second purchase and Logan explained in order for the them to resell it, new batteries, tires and a complete inspection was required for them to know the future buyer would be satisfied. The trade in quote was $800.00 and being an older cart, it was a fair amount that he offered. However, Logan explained to me that if I sold it on the open market, $2,500 would be a decent price. I returned to my Country Club the next day and sold it to the first golfer I asked, who I knew needed a cart. The price, $2,500 and one year later, the buyer and I are still Friends!!! I could go on and on about my other dealings with American Pride, Logan, the Service manager, Warren and Caterina (Title ??) whom I consider replaceable, as well as the Guys down the line. The 2020 Cart I just bought with the Lithium Battery was custom built at the sole direction of Logan Hayden. I even had the seats swapped out as I changed my mind on the color of the seats and top and it has not been an issue with American Pride. Just yesterday a fellow golfer at our club told me what a deal he could get on a new customized Club Car and to go on their web site and see for myself. Well, I did and if I were prejudice to Club Car's brand, it would not even be close. With my new American Pride Easy Go Cart VS the customized Club Cart, it is liken to buying a decent automobile compared to a fully equipped Luxury car at the VERY SAME PRICE. Terry F. A representative of this business almost ran into my vehicle in a Race Track parking lot due to his aggressive driving nature. My wife and two young children were in my vehicle at the time. During this situation he used obscene language and hand gestures, when i approached him to question his actions I was threatened upon approach and called more profanity laced names. Realizing nothing of a positive nature would come from this i opted to take a photo and relay this information to the business owners and explain how their company was being represented in public. Unfortunately my information was supposedly relayed to the company management with a promise of a follow up call which has never happened. Obviously this company has shown zero lack of concern about how their employees represent them and i would recommend that they be held accountable for acceptance of this despicable behavior and representation. If this individual shows up in any of your dealings with this company beware..... he has a short ugly fuse and shows very little regard for upholding any type of decent or reasonable company standards. If this individual worked for me he would be terminated immediately for this type of behavior. read more

Our experience with APGC was amazing. We traded in our golf cart that was in great condition but we were looking for that next ride. My Husband is a 100% disabled veteran and we had been saving for a couple years to get the golf cart that would meet his needs. Logan, Brad, and Warren were very professional and personal when it came to setting us up with the right cart. This place is not your "used cart dealer" on the side of the road with something that may look nice on the outside but take a peak under the hood and you will find issues. We offer full kudos to American Pride for even keeping it on life support as long as they did! Long story short, we had guests arriving, needed a new cart, and they worked with us to find JUST THE RIDE CART. They had it on the road and registered within record time, and our friend's visit went off flawlessly thanks to having a golf cart to move around in. We live in Anna Maria Island, and they have been accommodated us for years servicing our older cart, but had the prudence and knowledge to know when it was time to advise us to upgrade. First off, I completely DISAGREE with Rick G's feedback below. I purchased a custom cart from AP a little over a year ago. Logan and his team are top notch. I shopped 5 other cart dealers, and choosing AP was a no brained. I chose them because of quality, products, service, care, to name a few. I have done several modifications to my cart in the past year, and every time I called AP, they got me in and got my cart back to me the same day, regardless of how busy they were at the time. Every single employee at AP is courteous and professional. They greet you with a smile and warm hello. I called A P because I had a charger which did not work. The gentleman, with whom i spoke, was unusually helpful even though it was not goona generate much money. He said to come in and he could check it in 15 mins. I expected to see a small operation, boy was I shocked, the showroom had about 40 carts on display and was meticulous. I was greeted by Warren, the service manager, the fellow I spoke to earlier. Warren was even more helpful in person. He checked my 27 year old charger and confirmed it was dead. I was looking on the Internet for Custom Golf carts and found American Prides website. Was very impressed with the site and their mission statement. Drove over and fell in love with a Red beauty. They were more than helpful. A real delight to deal with in the purchase of my golf cart. I do not play golf, but I needed a way to go to the neighborhood pool and workout center. It's perfect. Great company to do business with. High integrity and, more importantly, they know their stuff. I was having difficulty with my cart batteries holding a charge. This was just nine months after new batteries were installed. American Pride quickly diagnosed the problem to a single battery that was bad. Got a great golf cart at a reasonable price. They build all of their carts from 'the ground up' and they use upgraded (high-end) parts on all aspects of their carts. They were very helpful in assisting me with picking out the particular features I wanted on my cart. It is a father- son business and both of them are very friendly and knowledgable. I did have a problem with the motor they had installed from the factory, but they replaced it at no charge to me. Good company and good service. read more

We bought our golf cart from them 8 years ago and it ran perfect. We were not easy at all on this golf cart this cart was used for our nursery and did a lot of dirty work for us. finally my cart is running smoothly, great job by American Pride except for one thing, not sure how it happened but my hooks that fasten my cover on the cart no longer hold, seems elastic is gone on hooks, I wonder if it was the chemical used to shine cart?
