You took it twice for same thing and I paid for towing both times!! I was told I must be doing it wrong. Mentioned it was done in August and yes it's a 1985 Camero! We don't drive it much. Never had a problem paying you before. Been going for twenty years! Should count for something! Then I get "well I can't fix it on the street". Like I'm two years old. No shit Sherlock. They professionally perform the work you request for a fair (not cheap) price. Occasionally they point out another repair/concern but never jump into it until walking you through their opinion (sometimes we do the work, sometimes we let it ride). Above all else, they are trustworthy. Finally, I've been at the counter several times when someone comes in with a vehicle blowing smoke and driving sideways, asking to make it run like new. Or worse yet, some hungover/strung-out person comes in screaming that they have to have their properly towed vehicle immediately! Its contents immediately!! Ect.!!! Simply put, no one likes the warden when YOU have done something very wrong.
