Seems like this company works seven days a week rain or shine because it was pouring & possibly 24/7! Super nice guy Steven came out hooked up our new pool pump our pool is now crystal clear! His wife who took our phone call told us he would be out in the next couple days and he sure was! The pool store told me it would probably be at least 6 to 8 weeks before they could get anybody out and referred me to Bethesda Pools NC very grateful and did a great job! Told me if there was any issues they would come right back to address it, but I haven't had any issues as it was completed yesterday on Mother's Day. Another thing I could not believe they were working even on a holiday but a Sunday! Being a seasonal company, I understand that and wish I had employees that would work on the weekends but what a great company what a great job and obviously a great family business! We pleaded he at least drop off our equipment (which he continued to state he "just had to pick it up") nothing...we begged he please just provide the pictures that our pool was bonded correctly for inspections...nothing. Not only are we out 20k$ to complete this with another company, we now have to go through our concrete Around the pool to prove electrical bonding was done because he didn't bother doing inspections while the project was in his hands. He's nothing but a liar and a cheat. DO NOT HIRE HIM, we are one of MANY he's done this to. Hopefully karma prevails here and Christian is held accountable for his actions.
