After being a few days into the project I felt like I was buckled and dimed for what he called"extra work" he had to put in. I also had to go and buy wire and siding. When he was finished he said he doesn't sand or paint. I was left with a horrible spackle job and unsightly finished product on the inside. I now had to hire someone for another $300-$400 to fix the mess he had left me with. I have never heard of any company that doesn't finish and present a near perfect product. I want new doors and storm doors now but, I will be giving the job to someone else.

I didn't want to do anything drastic for fear of breaking the frame. So I called WindowZ and talked to the Admin who said she would try to get a hold of Bob who was in the field. She said if he were near me, he would stop over. That's exactly what he did and with a little more elbow grease, he was able to pull down the window and checked the others. There was no charge involved, but Customer Service certainly proved to be on the top of their list.
