    YOU ARE GOING TO WANT TO READ THIS..... BUCKLE UP!…read more We booked with Key Concepts through their listing on Airbnb. Upon arrival, they gave us our key (THE WRONG ONE) and told us our place was ready. We arrive, and there is a lady in there cleaning saying the cleaners didn't do their job properly. We wait about half an hour in the car before we can get into our room. We go in..... the place is nasty. There is hair in the shower floor, in the bed, in the living room, EVERYWHERE. And this is AFTER the manager told us she was cleaning up and made us wait. We called them to let them know the issue and they completely changed the subject, said it was clean, and made us come back to their office because they forgot to check our IDs. AND THEN....... We bring up once again that the place was extremely gross and they just brushed it off completely. The manager then sasses, and tells us we are under the age requirements to rent this place. I mentioned that I booked through Airbnb, and that Key Concepts had NO AGE REQUIREMENTS listed on the booking. You would think, if it was extremely important that you be of age to rent from them, they would put the age requirements in the listing. However, they did not and they refused to let us stay there. Airbnb's age requirements to rent is the legal age of the state, which we fulfilled (obviously) in order to book in the first place. We were then stranded. They did absolutely nothing to help us find a solution or a new place to stay. They were EXTREMELY RUDE and did not help us get our refund. They never apologized, and did not try to help at all. We had to go through Airbnb to get a refund from them. It was overall a terrible experience and extremely stressful, and I would not recommend staying with them.

We found PSRI's response exceptionally timely with their staff arriving almost immediately after the storm passed ready to begin mitigation of the grounds including the interior of our unit. Property managers often receive bad reviews; that should not be the case for PSRI. They are a well run operation that prides itself on their service. We highly recommend them for their outstanding service and attention to detail!

    This property management company has consistently failed to meet even the most basic expectations…read moreof effective HOA management. Rather than taking proactive steps to improve the community, they appear more focused on placing signs throughout the property while neglecting the issues that truly impact property values, appearance, and homeowner satisfaction. The lack of attention to curb appeal is evident throughout the community. Landscaping is poorly maintained, common areas are neglected, parking lot and roadway markings are left faded and unrepaired, concrete surfaces are not properly cleaned, and overall property presentation continues to decline. These are fundamental responsibilities of a management company, yet they remain largely unaddressed. Equally concerning is the company's unwillingness to enforce the rules and regulations that are in place. Homeowners and tenants are expected to follow community standards, but those standards are meaningless when management fails to consistently enforce them. A property management company should be protecting the interests of the HOA and its members, not ignoring violations and allowing standards to deteriorate. What is most frustrating is that many homeowners and tenants have taken it upon themselves to perform maintenance and improvement tasks that should be coordinated and managed by the property management company. When residents are doing the work that management is being paid to oversee, it raises serious questions about accountability and competence. If you are an HOA board considering management options, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. A management company should actively work to preserve property values, improve community appearance, enforce governing documents fairly, and represent the best interests of homeowners. Unfortunately, this company has demonstrated little commitment to any of those responsibilities. The community deserves a management company that takes pride in its work, stands behind the rules and regulations, maintains the property to a high standard, and actively works to make the neighborhood a more desirable place to live. Based on my experience, this company has failed to deliver on those expectations.
