I tried Beach tacos on a recent visit to the Springfield area. I ordered them via DoorDash. The tacos were pretty good. The corn was different, yet tasty. The flavors were very nice and the empanadas were good as well. Some of the items were a little warm to my liking, but I'm sure that's because of the wait time in the process of getting it delivered. I would definitely like to enjoy this place in person at some point in time. read more

Upon entering the restaurant it was very clean and had a pleasant aroma. However, my first dining experience was thoroughly disappointing, and I will not be returning. The fish taco was undercooked, the corn tortilla was nasty and the grilled chicken bowl lacked flavor, tasting watered down. The only thing I enjoyed was the spicy tomatoes and onions. We were looking for a quick place to eat in between my nephew's basketball game. I had passed by this place several times on the way to work. I ordered a burrito and rice bowl with birria . Was slightly disappointed with a flavor factor with the birria and the rice was a little undercooked portion sizes were decent. The burrito was a decent size and served with chips which were slightly stale , but never even proportion with meat . I wanted to order tacos, but it was pretty much six dollars for one so couldn't justify it . Very casual atmosphere service was fairly quick. We did not wait long for food. I have been here multiple times and generally like it. It's kinda fast food so the service is fine. There is outdoor seating so that's nice. Today I tried a chorizo bowl. Normally I get the steak and it's very good. The chorizo unfortunately was not so good. read more

Amazing well crafted tacos. I knew these tacos were gonna be good from the time I picked up the bag. It was so heavy and full of meat. I knew it was gonna be amazing. But after bite, it was so juicy. I figured it was opening jitters and was not impressed I went back and noticed there was no one in the restaurant at 1pm but wanted to give it another try. What a mistake The birria taco was cold, overly salted and not good. The chorizo taco on a corn tortilla was inedible-cold, flavorless and had so much liquid in it the tortilla melted My friend said her tacos were inedible as well I do not recommend at all read more

This is my second time visiting Beach Tacos and I would say that it is worth the stop. I tried the Birria taco and loved it ! The Style pork was also good and very flavorful. I wish that the shrimp taco was just as flavorful but since it is fried shrimp it just lacks seasoning. The 3 tacos totaled a lil under $20, and honestly 2 tacos would have been enough. My only wish is that they upgrade their to go containers and wrap them individually like the Birria taco. I've visited twice and was given a paper plate with two topics wrapped by one foil. I had the fish taco - very good I had the pork style - with pineapple - really good Chorizo taco - I didn't like it. Some spice was over powering. Maybe cumin! That being said I will come back. Taco Bell is better! I like to support local business, so I tried Beach Tacos. Got a pork burrito - pretty basic, right? Took it to go, and when I got home opened it. The burrito looked small and after a few bits I knew why - there was no pork! Well, to be accurate there was 1 tablespoon of pork in each burrito half. What a joke. These are $14 burritos, so I expect more than Taco Bell portions. Dreadful. Save your money. Springfield has two other Mexican restaurants within 5 minutes and both are far superior. I ordered the fish taco's and they were absolutely delicious! The flour Tortilla I optioned for as you have an option for either four or corn. The fish was light, flaky and not drenched in oil. The lettuce, pico, pickled onions, cilantro & spicy mayo were a perfect topping. The place is clean and decorate very nice and the service was wonderful. read more

I just went here for the first time and it had to have been the worst taco ive ever aten. The taco barley had any steak and used store bought flour tortillas i have at home. The tosada was cold from coming out and unflavorful. Along with that it was crazy expensive and the atmosphere was weird and I just an overall bad experience. Found this place by accident when driving through the neighboring strip mall. It's clean with a nice beach vibe. It looks like it used to be a mechanics garage judging by the architecture. The food is good. I've eaten here twice and have tried the chicken quesadilla, tostada, steak salad, Birria and pastor tacos. All solid options. The birria tacos are particularly noteworthy, but are heavy. They also have a killer hot sauce...and I mean that. It'll burn a hole through your tongue, but it's delicious. So be careful and test it before slathering it on your food. Am definitely coming back here. Cute place to go if you wanna sit outside and enjoy the sun. The only downside is the location. Getting to it is a little awkward and although the restaurant's ambiance is good, the view doesn't match the vibe. It's got all the charm of a tasty beach joint without the beach...and I'll take it! read more

If I could insert zero stars I would. This afternoon my Fiance' and I ordered Chicken tacos, Beef tacos and a Chicken Burrito. This was by far the WORST Mexican tacos and Burrito I've ever eaten in my life. I am 5 months pregnant and asked my Fiance' to go to the counter to ask for a side of sour cream and the guy at the register rudely gestured "you have to pay for that" with his hands. Even when he gave my Fiance' his plates he rushed and slid the plates down rushing back to the register to be on his phone. The customer service is terrible & the guy we dealt with this early morning was rude asf to say the least. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE GO HERE. read more
