They told me they "had to stock some shelves and answer some emails and I could come back in about 15minutes and they would get to it". Really? Stocking your shelves and answering email is more important than a customer standing in front of you asking to get a water test and possibly make a purchase? I explained I had made a special trip out for this and I was confused as to why they couldn't help me as there was literally no other customers in the store. Seems they value stocking shelves more than making money and helping customers. It was so strange to be treated that way. In steps Jennifer Smith and within a few days I learn that LifeSmart was purchased by a company that was subsequently purchased by another company.
