Great staff! They became family. Only complaint is one of the lead Techs, Tony. Probably the most…read morerudest, dishonorable, and arrogant person I've ever met. The way he treats clients is unbelievably disrespectful and disgusting. The man hates his Job and clients. He should probably be fired. Mrs Tracy on the other hand has a heart of Gold along with the other staff.

To my fellows fighting the good fight: I was admitted to…read moreARIA in west palm beach, FL on July the 15th. The precious time that I have been here has been one that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. If I said it was easy in the beginning, I would be lying. I have been to other treatment centers throughout my long battel with addiction and substance abuse. My previous experiences with treatment facilities were limited to shallow groups with low attendance and a poor residential standard. ARIA comes in on a different boat. The clinical Director Mark (who is a sweetheart!) has acquired some of the best therapists and group facilitators in the region and possibly beyond. I like the fact that Mark's door is always open and 100% willing to address the needs and concerns of the clients. The residential Director Teresa is equally of high standard. In my opinion she administers the residential side with a perfect balance of respect and accountability. As I move on to the next phase of my treatment, I want to thank all the staff for their love and patience! WARNING: Serious inquiries only. For the best results you must have a burning desire to clean up. This is not a venue to simply take a break from using and jump back to the streets. They will most likely identify that type of behavior (constantly having to be asked to go to groups, not going to meetings and being disrespectful to fellow clients and staff) THIS IS YOUR PROGRAM/THIS YOUR LIFE -JWM

Detoxing is not an easy thing to do, but the staff at Ambrosia made it as stress-free as possible!…read moreI had a comfortable bed, good food, and an attentive staff. The counseling sessions were great and I learned a lot! One of the counselors, David, made me feel like I was talking to an old friend, and he has been through the struggle of addiction himself. He helped me see that it is possible to start moving forward in life. All of the staff were wonderful and if you need help, they are there to help you! I highly recommend you check this place out! You will not regret it!!!

Two weeks after leaving this place in 2024, I heard from a finance person from here, wanting to…read morecollect my copay. I was stunned. I had no idea there was a copay. I told the guy I do not have the money. I told him that had I been made aware of this, I would not have gone to this place. He said that while I was there he was going to speak to me, but decided against it. Because he chose not to tell me at the beginning, I chose not to pay. The psych nurse, Barbara L Bryant, prescribed a MUCH higher dose of a medication. My pharmacy alerted me to the mistake. She is a nasty, arrogant, condescending person that has no business doing what she does. It took 4 days, my communicating with various staff members for the mistake to be corrected. And Barbara L Bryant lied to me that she did not make this mistake - that it was the pharmacy's mistake. Then, she lied to me that she did not make a mistake. The therapist Sally Bartolucci is awful. None of the clients in the place liked her. Her group sessions were useless. Her therapist skills are weak. The group meeting room was barely air conditioned (this was summer time). It was hot, humid and smelled of perspiration. The food was awful. The room was filthy and too small. EVEN WORSE: I received a collection agency called Grimley financial ($825) more than two years after i was there for the services of Barbara L. Bryant Florida license number: aprn3042932 for her services. It took me repeated phone calls to finally hear from the person in charge of billing at Ambrosia, Cindy Sicard, 561-545-1086, csicard@ambrosiatc.com Her callous response to me was that I should have check the EOB! I NEVER RECEIVED A BILL FROM AMBROSIA IN THOSE TWO YEARS VIA EMAIL OR USPS. Telling people to check the EOB is an unacceptable, unethical way to treat people who were seeking mental health treatment. I should have received bills either electronically or via USPS, which is what most medical practices do. Apparently she was out of my insurance company's network. At the time, no one at Ambrosia told me she was out of network. Had I been notified that she was out of network, I never would have agreed to see her. This is unethical, unscrupulous, dishonest and money grabbing behavior. It is taking advantage of people at their most vulnerable time. Even if I signed something, this was taking advantage of people in a very vulnerable circumstance. I believe it falls under the No Surprises Act of 2022. NOTE THAT BARBARA BRAYNT SUBMITTED A REVIEW OF MIDWEST DETOX. THIS IS FRAUDUELNT OF A PROVIDER TO WRITE A REVIEW OF A PLACE WHERE SHE WORKS.
