This park is incredibly clean and very well maintained. The have security gates, showers, clean and even concrete pads for your RV, and a wonderful dog park. We took our small RV for a nice getaway during the week, Tuesday through Thursday. Now, keep in…read moremind, my husband is disabled. Though I appreciate that they have an elevator to get to the bathrooms. It would be a concern if the elevator was not working with those bathrooms located on the second floor. Also, two of the bathrooms were out of order and they need to be monitored as some guests completely soaked them and pulled the towel bars off the walls. The amazing custodial staff were working hard the next morning to take care of them. Otherwise, they were kept very clean. We rented a golf cart to use while there, I would not recommend getting it on the first day since the check time is 9 am to 9 am and check in with RVs is at 1pm. So, you have paid for a 1/2 day that you can't use it with no prorating. The pool was great. Be aware there is limited shade at the pool and no umbrellas. We rented a cabana on the second day, which was nice but I probably would not do it again since we did not spend much time using it. We found we could find shade by staying by the swim up bar on the adult side in the afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed the swim up bar, the bartenders were attentive and friendly. We also ordered food at the swim up bar. The pizzas are great! I would not recommend the nachos. Overall, the resort was a very nice place for a quick getaway. We will visit again in the near future.

They have a restroom, shower, and complimentary laundry facility while you stay. The park is walking distance to the beach - a huge bonus. They have a covered area to hang out in, and there has been a few small gatherings with music from other campers to end a great beach day. Everyone is respectful of quiet hours and each others belongings. We couldn't imagine our beach vacation anywhere else!

List RV park, Bolivar RV Park, allows non guests to use their laundry facility. It's a much-needed…read moreservice out here. The machine are in need of repair to be sure, there are three working washing machine at $1.50 a load and two working dryers also at $1.50 at Lowe's. They are old and they are loud but they get the job done. The other choices for laundry would be to drive to Winnie which is about 20 mi away for to take the ferry to Galveston which nobody wants to do for laundry. So yes this definitely is convenient and would be a great money maker if kept up and more prominently known. The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily in the last wash is 6:00 p.m. after that I believe they lock the facility. They request that you only do two loads her guest, and even though I had three loads with me and there were three washes available, I honored the request and am only doing two. I definitely have no intentions of jeopardizing the ability to do laundry here. We're here for at least another month in Bolivar and this is where we will be doing our laundry. Thank you very much to this RV park for allowing non guests to do their laundry here. It's not a five-star review because yes it's kind of in disrepair a little bit, but again the alternative is less appealing.

The best part about this park is the location. Walk to the Beach or Walk across the street to the Tiki Bar and Grill. There are clean restrooms available if you need them and they have a washer and dryer which is so nice for an extended stay AND they have FREE Wifi! There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Friendly neighbors and a fire pit! Can't wait to return!

Found this property on the net and it ended up being perfect for our quick get a way. There are no…read morefrills (no pool, no playground) but just what you need - hookups 30/50amp and a parking spot. They do have an outdoor shower area but we did not use. There were newer picnic tables around also. The location is literally less than 100 yards from the beach. It is also located in the middle of "town" and is close to the shops, bars, and eateries. The lot is not that big either, so you will most likely have to unhook truck/trailer combo to fit. Also - no management on site; we just called the number and booked and paid over phone. We had the place to ourselves the weekend we were there (9-8-18). Photos are stock from net but are accurate as of date we stayed.

We were not able to hook up to the sewer because of it being on the wrong side and to the front of the spots. To back a trailer in was very tricky. Thank goodness my husband has driven many trucks so he was able to back in. If you have a motor home this would be perfect because you just pull straight in. We left for dinner one night and when we returned another trailer had moved in and used both parking spots (you only get one) therefore we had no place to park our vehicles. I called management and did not get an answer. I left a message and still have not received a call back from them. We will definitely not be staying here again. Like I said it would be perfect for a motor home but not for a travel trailer.

It was filthy the toilet was broke and full of feces and trash running on the floor. don't expect to reach anyone or get a return call! Changing the name didn't help at all! Don't trust the pictures drive through before staying.
