Great location! Horrible apartment complex. The entire place smells like trash, dogs bark and you can hear them through the floor, wall, and ceiling 24 hours a day, and maintenance is near impossible to get. It took them eight months to replace the burnt out lights in my bathroom and I had to follow up with them four times. But again, the place is in a great location. Personally I paid a couple hundred dollars more a month to move across the street and I'm in a place three times as nice now. read more

Safety and security: Exterior gates always broken, you don't need a fob to open them. Either they stay open or give a medium pull and they open right up. You would think they would want to fix this after we had a homeless person walk into two different women's apartments, assaulting her and holding her hostage at knife point. But rather than fit these gates they posted nots on them saying "pull gate shut behind you" and shameful emails saying not to let anyone in behind you, blaming this incident on residence while the gates remain wide open. If you look back in 5+ years of yelp the broken security gates has been an ongoing issue. Just this past weekend yet again a homeless person entered into the building and my neighbor was awaken by a homeless woman in his room rummaging through his things. He could not get her to leave and had to call the police to remove her. This is an ongoing thing because the building is left wide open. They leave a garage fob out on the exterior of the building to let in all of the coming and going construction workers, there for anyone to grab and take having full access to every gate. Garage gate- always broken gate wide open, and if you look in privious yelps it's been reported for over 4 years! They obviously do not care to replace them and fix this issue in a "luxury apartment". This building and it's management are disgusting! Residents can't simply walk in their apartments during the day without being harassed by residents underneath. A 65 yo gets harassed daily by knocks on the ceiling and now a letter from management for waking during the day! This is discrimination because a person should be able to live a normal life inside their house during the day without the harassment. The.building is a mess, the apartments have cheap appliances. Terrible terrible terrible! Everything is bad. Dirty hallways, sneaky leasing agents and no maintenance. The only good thing is the resort style swimming pool and this is their selling point. Again, you can't enjoy it as some tenants make a lot of noise and drink TOO much alcohol there.... It's more like a pool club for under 30 years old. If something breaks, they don't come until you visit the leasing office 3 times.... I don't have time and energy to fight with them. Stay away from this place. I have liven in many "luxury apartments" all over the United States this is a joke of a "luxury" complex. Construction above my unit- I transferred from a one bed to a two bedroom unit I was not told prior to moving into said unit that they planned on ripping down the community space above me to studs and building a whole new apartment they can profit off of. 3 days after moving into new unit my ceiling sounded like it was going to fall in, my hanging light fell off the ceiling from the banging and power tools on the floor. Starting at 8am going to 6pm Monday - Saturday. I work from home taking clients and also work nights so this is a huge issue for me not to mention my dog is absolutely traumatized, he hides in the bathtub shaking all day & fights me to not come back into the house. I have now had to start boarding him at a facility. His anxiety had caused many gastrointestinal issues. I have lost so much money due to the inability to work from my home. You can't hear yourself think. After sending many emails which were ignored, I went down to the office to complain about this I talked multiple times to the assistant manager who told me "they had no idea about this renovation" even tho they work there. Not sure how that could happen, but their office staff is the most incompetent I have ever come into contact with.. After 4 weeks of no response, I finishing a long work week of 13 hours night shifts and the inability to sleep in my own home I went to the office emotional begging to be heard and a solution to be found, I can't take it anymore! I was told by Mark the manager to leave the office and not to come back, I was "banned". After sending many more emails we were told from Mark that the "regional manager" would be in, and we would 100% be sitting down and talking with them..when I went down there on the day I was supposed to have a meeting with regional they told me I would not be able to meet with her. Then sent me an email later on saying we can just move. They started this project in early Novembers and we are now in February and it is still just studs, they make no effort to think of their paying residence and get this done in a timely manner. The noise has effected numerous residence they have complained and gotten no response back from the office. Not only is this going on above me... Exterior of the building will be under construction and windows remain covered in plastic and taped shut. Scaffolding around the building making the pool and your patio unusable. Not only are the building above me they are taking off all of the siding on the exterior. You can not open your sliding door. I called the next day after the incident to inform the office that the garage gate was open for 6+ hours and they said "yeah, the maintenance man is probably taking out the trash." 4 men snuck through the garage gate exit (on foot) when I was exiting and when I called the office they said "it's probably the construction workers (building has been under construction 6+ months). Trash is overflowing in garage trash cans, and residents are allowed to leave trash outside the doors Sunday-Thursday which is an eyesore. Soiled carpet due to this and soil due to dog urine/feces left behind (also trash, URINE, FECES have been left in stairwells). It's a glorified frat house. I had VOMIT outside of my front door, and fire alarms pulled in the middle of the night. Walls and ceiling are so thin - the STOMPING from upstairs neighbor woke me in the middle of the night on numerous occasions. I had a rotten egg odor in my unit for 4 months (!). Maintenance attempted to fix it but eventually called Pauls Plumbing. They immediately identified the odor as "SEWER GAS." The office denied this as well as the plumbing company. My Ring camera caught the plumber stating "this is sewer gas" 3 times. The office asked me to email the videos and their response is "I don't know what to tell you." In a previous attempt for maintenance to fix the issue, the office wanted to know if they could enter my unit as they knew I was out of town for 3 weeks. Maintenance, an outside company and Debbie from the office entered my unit when I was out of town for the 3 weeks. Debbie entered several times to run water to "flush out the smell". I had experienced dizziness, burning eyes and headache for a few weeks. I even called poison control and they confirmed these were signs of sewer gas exposure. The building also changed my locks while I was gone (because they didn't have a key) to enter the unit as I had reported a leaking sprinkler on the balcony that the office reported as a "hazard to the entire building." When I returned from my trip, the smell remained and my Louis Vuitton PURSE WAS MISSING. I filed a police report. The office never agreed to check any security cameras for me. The gym is pretty good and the pool looks nice (birds have invaded the pool area since the construction started in January 2023 yielding the pool unusable due to bird poop in pool and on chairs). read more

Absolutely horrible management company. If someone is denied entry into your establishment, the least you can do is refund them. Especially after insisting that everything will be "okay" despite a high income and low credit score. Just FYI, I applied a few weeks ago and paid $375 in app and admin fees just to get denied. What's funny is that the manager showed me the property and really gave me hope that things would be okay despite my low credit score but yet high income. After I applied, the manager just emailed me saying that I was denied and to contact Real Page for further inquiries. She never once called me. Her email was absolutely cold and nonchalant. Here I was thinking I was a shoe in as she said that the credit shouldn't be an issue and that's why I agreed to submit an application. When it was denied all I received from her was a cold hearted email saying there was nothing they could do. Especially after I inquired about being refunded all that money. All I have to say is very very horrible management and I would never apply there again. For how high the monthly rent has gotten in such a complex it is pure robbery what they are doing at this complex with their old and grimy apartments, feeble and out of date appliances and furnishing where something new breaks every two weeks. Furthermore, when all this stuff does break, the maintenance team here might as well not exist as nothing gets done when asked for.To top it all off the leasing agents at this apartment complex are some of the most sly, lazy, and flat out disrespectful people I have ever met. I lived at beacon 430 for over a year up until April 2019 when my apartment was infested with Mice for weeks! Ashley Rachman & management team failed to get rid of the pests, even told me it wasn't considered a maintenance emergency making me wait days to have them set glue traps which NEVER got rid of the source of the mice (I personally disposed of the mice myself in these inhumane glue traps as the mice squealed all night) and this management team never offered me a temporary space in the weeks on end of mice, just expected me (wouldn't let me leave my unit) to suffer amongst rodents for $1665/a month and not be able to sleep at night as they terrorized my unit ruining my things and deficating everywhere. Disgusting treatment from management team, lack of care and lack of pest control. Proper Pest control (no one should pay $1665 to live with mice for 25+ Days) and respectful treatment from a property management team should be a basic commodity with every rental...but NOT HERE at BEACON 430! The Beacon430 is all about location, you can't beat it. One can easily walk to Publix, CVS and all the nightlife and foodie places on Central Avenue. Pros: Location Gym is ok/Pool is pretty Staff is wonderful Quick repair turn around Nice grilling area Dog Park (Too hot during summer for dogs/artificial grass, but nice during fall/winter) Gorgeous landscaping Floor lounges and library Cons: Too noisy-you will hear your neighbors above you, sounds like a stampede with just normal everyday walking, fixtures shake. We complained about this, was told the builder built it to city code. Shame on you St. Pete if this is true, shame on you builder as your other buildings also complain about this noise issue. Pricey-There are fees in your rent for cable/wifi/garbage valet & pets. Despite that..overall rents are high just in general. Parking-not really any guest parking unless your guest plans on only staying for two hours during the day, or comes after 6pm and leaves by 8am. City will ticket. Parking garage-a toxic dump. The garage is filthy with leftover black construction dust, garbage, food and pet waste. Also the garage is shared with a bank and newspaper, finding a spot near a door may be hard. Only one parking spot allowed, even for those that rent two bedrooms. Safety-I don't feel safe, especially at night after 9pm. No Recycling of anything but cardboard Summation: Pricey rent, sad parking, gross garage, area safety and above all the noise is unacceptable. I have done research on other buildings here, and they all have the noise issues. If you can afford a top level unit, do so. The location is great and the staff/repair folks are wonderful. Just know this place isn't perfect and has many issues, and for the money you are paying to live here...it probably should be close to perfect, like the Brad Pitt of rental properties perfect. read more

After touring thrice, seeing what would become our new home twice, and a pocket or five of those warm, deliciously baked complimentary cookies in the lobby, we were pretty sure Beacon 430 was going to be where we'd be hanging our beads for at least the next 12 months! Cheryl was our guide & light-bearer through the paperwork & approval process; without her, we'd've surely been up the metaphorical creek! Jay, who I believe is the property manager, has also been nothing short of marvelous. Just this week while exiting the parking garage we were greeted by Jay & his crew handing out orange juice & Chick-fil-A biscuits! What a way to start the day! I mean, who has time for breakfast? That's going above & beyond! Period. We adore our new home overlooking the pool. We've two large balconies, and the kitchen island is such a breath of fresh air! So much space! Huge rooms, huge closets, huge shower! Now, let's address the elephant in the room... Or, upstairs I should say. Yes, the walls/floors are thin & I'm moderately certain a pachyderm lives above us, but it's apartment living & I'm not sure it could get much better than this, particularly in awesome DTSP. We meticulously combed & critiqued everywhere in downtown, but the deals, perks, and set-up offered by Beacon 430 couldn't be beat! Love it. read more

A total disappointment! I'm excited to see new development in DTSP, but not when the quality stinks and the staff lies and deceives potential renters. I took a tour and am glad I didn't select to live here. I know a you few ppl living there and feel for them. Unless you are on the top floor it sounds like you are living under elephants. The suggestion of the staff is to go and tell your neighbor to put down area rugs, but they are not sure if that helps. When I toured I heard noise and the sales rep told me it was construction related, b.s. turns out that is normal noise all the time. My friend complained about their appliances not working properly, the maintenance man came and agreed that nothing works well and provided a work around solution . . . really?!? If I'm paying $1900+ in rent I expect my stuff to work. I feel like the staff tells you whatever they want to make the sale. See the panoramic view of the city, isn't it awesome. Glad I didn't move in as they are putting up another high rise in the parking across the street and my view would be construction. No view and construction noise - no thank you. One of my key reasons for not selecting to leave here is I didn't feel safe. There was no security presence and I visited a few times while making up mind and found someone sleeping on the sidewalk near by, was asked if I had change by someone else and another not so savory person tried to "bum" a cigarette from me. While I know this is a downtown location and they can't control the area, they could have a security presence which would encourage people to leave residents / guests alone. They also rent out parking to ppl who work in the area and while you need a fob to get into the building these ppl do not live in the building just park here, Beacon leaves the gate open so they can come/go and unfavorables could easily walk thru garage wait for someone leaving and then enter the building through the door before it closes. Plus it adds to traffic / noise that residents shouldn't have to deal with so Beacon can make more $$ selling parking spots. Be aware . . . look up other reviews on other sites. My brother is renting here. Beautiful inside and out. They gave him a strange rental period (15 months). He has a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Nice indoor, garage parking, pool, gym, and snack/drink machine located on the main floor. I didn't smell garbage during my visit (luckily). I was excited to move downtown and enjoy all of the happenings there in this beautiful apartment complex. Before long I was sorely disappointed. During my 1 year lease there, numerous lights were out in the parking garage and bulbs were Never replaced. The manager told me to "put in a work order". The garage is absolutely FILTHY with a black film of soot that covers your entire car within a day. My car was hit (while parked) in the garage and I suggested that they may be put those big round mirror so you can see people coming around the corners.... but that fell on deaf ears. Management is absolutely terrible. The hallways smell of dogs, a worker there once told me that there are over 300 dogs living there! You can't walk down the hall and turn a corner without being confronted by a dog. Being downtown most things are within walking distance which is good but you are constantly hit up for money by beggers on the street. I've watched drug deals go down there at the apartment complex. The gates are constantly broken which is really scary because you never know when they're going to fall down on top of your car! Security doors leading into the building are left ajar and don't close properly, anyone off of the street can be in your hallway at any time. The place is extremely noisy, there's a hospital nearby, you constantly hear fire trucks, ambulances, people arguing on the street the police are called about disturbances over and over again. If you're looking for a peaceful clean place to live and to feel safe this is not it. To sum it up very expensive and very very disappointing. read more

I love the staff (especially Ashley) but whoever is moving into apt 279 I feel SO bad for you.... The family that lives above literally stomp around at all hours of the night and are SOO loud. Not saying it's enterally their fault (obviously the building was built poorly) but c'mon people - why is your 4 year old child running around and throwing things at 11pm... The pool is nice and the common areas are decent - but the constant noise in my apartment from the people above me ruins the experience. I have lived here for just over 4 years, and it just keeps getting better and better! Over the last couple months they have delivered a free Chick-fil-A breakfast sandwich, donuts (twice!), and a cupcake. The team definitely makes us feel appreciated. To top it off, a work order was created to fix my A/C. My response was to assume this was for another resident. NOPE! The awesome maintenance team (Scott and "not Wyatt" - I just can't get his real name to stick - maybe Dylan?) regularly and proactively check the A/C units on the roof, and noticed an issue with mine. They fixed what I didn't know was broken. I am now able to run the unit at a higher temperature, and feel cooler than before. My apartment faces 4th St S. I don't have any issue with traffic noise (apart from the occasional dork with exceptionally loud music or mufflers). Check out the cool view! Finally, I noticed other reviews mentioned hearing people above them. Yes, I hear that sometimes. Er, um, this is an apartment and expected for crying out loud! Stayed at Beacon 430 for a year - here are a few things that they don't tell you about when you move in. Parking deck, the gates in/out both never worked at the same time in 12 months, constant breakdowns. They also "rent out" parking space during the weekdays to "others." So you fight for parking with visitors that only the Apt owners pocket money. Also Bugs - or more specifically worms. Every time (and I mean every time) it rains, these worms cover the walls and floors of the apartments, lobby and hallways. Squish, squish and found them in bed with me many times. Finally, the dogs - everyone (including us) has a dog. They pee on every corner of the building inside and out. If it rains, tenants let them pee and poo on walk areas that don't get cleaned up. Stinks and barking is constant. The maintenance staff is great - the office staff has a stick up their ass and when you need their help doesn't like to be bothered. This is a great location with absolute worst managed property I have ever been at. Barbecues are constantly filthy. Trash at the barbecue smells like a dead animal had in it for weeks. Dog defecation everywhere in the courtyard. You can't even enjoy a snack outside without smelling or watching somebody let their dog do its business in the small courtyard surrounding the apartments. A couple of good points are that the people in the office are very nice and the maintenance guy Derek is a very nice person and cares about his work. We just moved in, and we love it! There are some design flaws to the place, such as no jacuzzi, and the grills are not in the pool area- but the gym is high quality and open 24/7, people are super friendly and it's a great place to have a dog. There is a library/business center that are helpful if you work at home. We have front load/really nice W+D, but I feel the fridge could be upgraded to something a little larger and maybe with a water option in the door. Add some crown molding and that would really make them feel luxurious. Overall, the finishes are modern, nice and clean looking, the layout is nice, the rooms are a good size (we are in the 2+2, B5 model) and we have ample storage. I think this is going to be a great place to call home! read more

I have lived at beacon for going on two years now. I have a fourth floor studio and have been so happy here! I've never lived alone before and this was an amazing experience! The staff and residents here are very nice and the location is really unbeatable for the price. I am sad to be leaving but I have to move out of the area. I would definitely recommend this place but would caution people with sensitive ears to live anywhere but the top floor. I know that has been an issue. I have lived at the Beacon for almost a year. I was pleased with the aesthetics and still am. Pool and gym are nice and clean. Neighbors are mostly professionals. Negatives include that you can hear every step made above you. I wake every morning to my neighbors 6 am alarm above me. You constantly hear every movement and it is all because of the failure to put enough cement in between floors. It is frustrating when you are trying to relax or sleep. They changed management companies and garbage is out of control. The first floor parking garage has heaps of garbage overflowing and odor. The management also made a parking deal with a neighboring bank and often you cannot secure a parking space EVEN though you pay for one above and beyond your rent. There are constant problems with the entry doors & gate mechanisms. I have been locked out in the garage with all of my groceries. The gate most convenient to me randomly stops working. It is frustrating I have dealt with the inconveniences due to enjoying the location and aesthetics however 9 mos into my year lease they now want to raise the rent $200 per month. I pay $2300 for a 2 bedroom. Plus you pay for parking & garbage which aren't being managed for your benefit. I am aggravated enough to move out. Before you lease here listen in the apartments and ask other occupants about the noise, parking, door/ gate failures,and garbage issues. read more

I lived at Beacon 430 from January 2018 to January 2019. I fairly enjoyed my stay. Nice building, good amenities. Nice location in downtown St Pete but don't expect your deposit back. First I let them know 45 days before my 1 year lease was about to end and they charged me for a full extra month. Then when I left they took my full deposit for "pet stains" even though my small dog had left no stains at all. I called and emailed to see if they could explain/send me pictures of these so called stains but they ignored me as I attempted to call and email multiple times. I would just like to take a quick moment and say how pleased I am with the level of care and service over at Beacon 430. My partner and I had to move rather quickly and the stress of finding a place was overwhelming to say the least. The staff at Beacon 430 not only found us a beautiful apartment, but they made the transition and process as seamless as possible. Deborah, Jay, and Jason all made our experience one of the best we have ever had whenever relocating to a new place. The staff there has an extremely hands on approach and I was notified every step of the way from application to approval, to move in! The property its self is hands down one of the most beautiful properties in Downtown St Petersburg but, it is the staff that really makes this place stand out above the rest. I lived here in a two-bedroom for one year (January 2017 - January 2018) and loved it for the most part! From the upgraded appliances and amenities to the big closets, amazing kitchen island, garage parking, huge gym, secure key fob access -- we had a great overall experience. We originally chose this for the close proximity to DTSP and it was awesome to be able to walk to nearby bars, restaurants and happenings. The biggest issue we had, which has been mentioned, is hearing every single footstep and noise from our upstairs neighbors. We had an ongoing joke and referred to the upstairs neighbors as the "stompers"...We heard everything from loud foot steps, conversations, toilet flushes, you name it. It was honestly so disruptive and overwhelming at first. We got used to the loud noises overtime, kinda. My biggest issue with the noise was the lack of transparency from the leasing representative I dealt with when looking into the building. They described the noise levels as normal apartment living, but I've lived in many apartments across Florida and never have I encountered this level of noise from my upstairs neighbor. The building has a wood base, so I think that is part of the issue. The last thing I'll mention is the building does nothing to help residents recycle. Which created a problem for us. Overall, if you can move beyond the noise issues, I recommend this apartment building as the location and amenities are on point! Also, the leasing team and maintenance team are very accommodating and easy to work with! Again overall, good experience! I love this place. Moved in last month and love the location. We had a couple of issues but its new construction and that's to be expected. What really makes Beaon 430 stand out as they realize that this is new construction in there could be unforeseen issues and have responded and resolved any issues we had. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and the staff on site responded immediately and fix the problem. I've been a resident at Beacon 430 since the week the building opened in October 2014, and my wife and I have loved every minute living here. The quality of the units is high, and the staff and residents are all awesome and super helpful. We moved here from Portland, OR, and didn't know anyone in St. Pete, or Florida for that matter. Within just a few weeks we got to meet a ton of our neighbors from Beacon 430 at the pool, at community events, and now basically all of our friends in the area are also our neighbors. I'm 30 years old and my wife is 26, and their are a ton of residents our age, which is great! The location is hard to beat, and we walk to the grocery store, out to eat, and to bars, which is great since we never have to drive. I also am self-employed and work downtown, so I went from driving 50 miles/day round-trip in Portland, to maybe 50 miles a week now. Although I pay more for rent here than I have previously, I also have about $800/month in less expenses: 1: Got rid of a car since we no longer need two cars (saving me $400/month in gas, insurance, and a car payment) 2: Because I live and work downtown St. Pete, I went from driving 300+ miles a week to about 50 miles week (saving me roughly $200/month in gas) 3: The complex has an awesome gym, which means I don't have to pay $40 month for both my wife and I to work out (saving me $80/month) 4: Each unit comes with high speed internet (50mps) and Bright house Cable that has over 300 stations, which cost me over $100/month in Portland, OR. 5: There is a super nice pool here, and although there is no cost-savings associated with it, it is probably worth at least $50/month to be able to walk 30 seconds downstairs with a beer in your hand to go relax in the pool, rather than having to drive to the beach and deal with all that hassle. On top of all of this, quality of life in downtown St. Pete is unbelievable! We walk everywhere, we are just a 5 min walk from all the great restaurants and bars on Central, and overall we just love the location. We live in a section of the complex where we don't have neighbors above us, so we've never had sound issues. Their were some issues with parking/garbage during the transition period of the new owners/management company, but they were resolved within just a week or two of the new company coming in, and to me, that is to be expected as the new company got stuck with all the issues that the previous management company never resolved. Since that point, everything has run really smoothly, the new management company is a lot easier to work with and they listen to suggestions, which is really important. If you look at all the other options near by, which we did, like Fusion, Modera Prime...they all have pro's and con's. In my opinion, the biggest 4 pro's of Beacon 430 are: 1: Quality of the units 2: Location to Central Ave, Publix/CVS...literally everything you need is within a 3-5 minute walk. 3: Staff have been very friendly/helpful 4: Neighbors/overall crowd are very nice. There are about 6 couples we've made friends with in our building that we hang our with regularly, which has been nice since we moved out of state and didn't know anyone here. The main con is that you are paying a premium for rent, BUT, in comparison to other rentals of similar quality/location, the rents are about the same. If you want to live in downtown St. Pete, want to be able to walk to restaurants/bars/stores, and if you want to live in a quality unit, I think you have to expect to pay premium pricing. St. Pete has grown so much, so fast, and their is so much demand here, it is only expected. I was paying $1700/month in Portland, OR for a unit of similar quality, size, yet I was 30 minutes away from downtown Portland and I lived in a suburb where it was 3 miles to the nearest grocery store and 2 miles from the nearest local bar. I have friends who live in downtown Oklahoma City that have a two-bedroom in the downtown area and they pay $1800/month...and that's Oklahoma City, which has nothing on St. Pete. My point is, rents are high all over the USA, and if you want to live in a great location and have a quality place to live in, you are going to spend money. If you want a great place to live in St. Pete, I'd definitely recommend Beacon 430. read more

We have been living at the Beacon for the past two years and having nothing but great things to say about it. It is walking distance from everything you need. The gym and pool are top notch. If you have an issue or concern the office is more then willing to help. Every maintenance request I have submitted has been completed the following day. The Beacon 430 is a great place to live. If you are prepared for 10% annual rent increases, then Beacon 430 may be the place for you. Your lease has no caps on renewal increases, and there are no statutory limits or restrictions imposed. Beacon 430 will probably tell you not to worry and that increases are based on "market conditions." That is code for Caveat Emptor (that means Let the Buyer Beware in case you didn't know.) Also, management does not enforce any noise related rules. If you have loud or inconsiderate neighbors, you are on your own especially if your upstairs neighbors walk around in their shoes on the hard wood floors. There are no requirements to put down area carpets either. Beacon 430 will be one of the stars in the St Pete movie of how landlords' greed helped drive up vacancy rates and drive out the very people who they worked hard to attract in the first place. read more

Unacceptable. Warning to those with enough income for deposit but low credit score. My wife and I looked at Beacon 430 only to be rejected after application and processing fees of nearly $500. We were given the confidence from the property management that our credit "score" wouldn't be as important of a determinating factor as our backround check. Our backround checks are clear but we knew going in that our credit was not up to par. The employee who gave us the tour assured us after speaking with his boss that even with a forclosure that worse case scenario our initial deposit would be increased. We would have never paid the initial fees if we had any doubt that we would be rejected. We've been saving up for this move for over a year now. All in all we were lied to and that Beacon 430 uses "bait and switch" tactics just to make a few bucks. We feel the property management robbed us of $500 of fees. I live here and the place is a dump. Garbage takes over the parking garage. The security gates never work. I've complained many times and management basically tells us technology is not their problem. Yesterday morning there was a homeless man sleeping in the stairwell when I walked my dog at 7 am. Complained to the management and the next day door is still broken. Do not live here. read more
