Loved the location and the fact we had a full kitchen and easy access to all the amenities, especially Publix right across the street! On the down side. We had to buy some trash bags, there was an exposed power strip that was very overloaded and when we opened the dishwasher to look for coffee cups it was full of stale dirty water and mold on the dishes inside. I'd think for the $65 cleaning fee, the place would be clean. Other than that bit of grossness, we enjoyed our stay.

Without giving me any notice to move my bike they locked me out of the room. They also made no effort to agree to the other terms of the lease renewal. They initiated the construction on space I rented AFTER I rented with no prior warning to members. When we moved our some packages were accidentally sent there and they barely helped, refused to look at cameras. Turns out a neighbor took them and they refused to help. You would think they would want to fix this after we had a homeless person walk into two different women's apartments, assaulting her and holding her hostage at knife point. But rather than fit these gates they posted nots on them saying "pull gate shut behind you" and shameful emails saying not to let anyone in behind you, blaming this incident on residence while the gates remain wide open. If you look back in 5+ years of yelp the broken security gates has been an ongoing issue. Just this past weekend yet again a homeless person entered into the building and my neighbor was awaken by a homeless woman in his room rummaging through his things. He could not get her to leave and had to call the police to remove her. This is an ongoing thing because the building is left wide open. They leave a garage fob out on the exterior of the building to let in all of the coming and going construction workers, there for anyone to grab and take having full access to every gate. Garage gate- always broken gate wide open, and if you look in privious yelps it's been reported for over 4 years! They obviously do not care to replace them and fix this issue in a "luxury apartment". I once lived at Mosaic, and I was contemplating moving back. Stopped by, did an application, got…read moreapproved and was willing to make a move back to Mosaic, under the assumption the apartment I wanted would be available on a certain date. But I was shocked that very close to move date, I was informed that the apartment I wanted went up $500.00 from what they suggested the price would be once available. I know that apartment prices can fluctuate but I have never seen it jump that much. It really felt that they knew I wanted that specific apartment and decided to gauge me on the price. I decided to walk away and move to another place as the square footage of the apartments at Mosaic are somewhat smaller compared to other newer apartments available, especially for the newly inflated price they decided to quote me. I now look online and the apartment is being offered way below the price I was quoted. It has left me with feelings of the office administration being suspect. No apartment jumps $500.00 and then lists the next day for a lot less. The most egregious issue was they would not even return my initial deposit. How suspect and petty is this. A million-dollar organization deciding to beat an applicant out of a deposit after they go back on what they told me. Although I enjoyed working with Griffin, I find others there to be suspect on their process, suspect on their return contact and more than suspect on their pricing. As soon as I have a moment, I will reach out to the actual ownership of the apartment building to get a better understanding of the tomfoolery afloat at Mosaic and update this review. Kevin L.
