I called the company not knowing what to expect, with many questions, etc. Jessica answered the phone and put the customer back in customer service! She was not only friendly, but patient and knowledgeable about the whole process. She got my scheduled quickly and then the next day a friendly gentlemen (didn't catch his name) showed up and set me right up. Once the bag was full, I called back and Jessica schedule the next available pick up. The whole experience was so awesome, I ordered a second one. Anyway, several days later the first bag was picked up and the second one set up. The pickup was done by the owner and he was very friendly as well! Bottom line: I highly recommend this service, great product, local company, friendly staff, reliable service. If you need to clear some space and get rid of a lot of stuff, this is a great company.

We met with Nicole to look at diamonds, shapes, settings, etc. it was a really fun experience and I knew that since she met me and heard what I was looking for that I would love whatever hubby proposed with. A few months later he proposed with a beautiful ring! We then went back in to pick out my two and his one wedding band. I also fell in love with a diamond necklace he ended up getting me for my wedding day gift. We got both of our mothers a set of jewelry that matched their personalities here. The customer service is divine. Now, 5 years later, we actually upgraded my ring and designed a new one. We kept my engagement setting and Nicole was able to put a pink stone in it and I now wear it on my right hand which I love! I just referred my brother who is proposing this holiday season to use them since we've had such an amazing experience. This will always be our go to jeweler. I have no problem with that, but what I do have a problem with is the attitude of the sales people: I might as well have asked for a free diamond, they were that indignant at such a request! In that one week, due to moving and working, we only filled half of it. I emailed the company at 5:11pm the day before pick up and asked for the full 10 day rental. I gave them plenty of time to see an e-mail and respond to it, they chose not to. I find All Service Rolloff to be a Dishonest company and poor customer service skills. The website clearly states, Rental Time Up to 10 Days Additional Days: $10/day Extra Weight: $89/ton I was within the 10 days and was more than happy to pay the extra fee. I would suggest looking for a company that communicates, follows their own policies and checks e-mail. I now have to pay another $500 for another dumpster and hope they are a more honest and communicative business.
