So much to choose from: Cashmere, alpaca, superwash wool, camel, and cotton and silk for knitting in the summertime -- just to mention a few! So much to choose from. And if I want to knit a furry critter or a doll for a child, the have good quality yarn at a more affordable pricepoint (luxury yarn v. budget). Plus I can count on them to always have the needle size I need to start my project -- not to mention beautiful project bags, tools needed for your project, notions, etc. And for at least the last year, they have expert CROCHET classes! Yes, I did say crochet because it seems like it's the new "in" thing to do! I did take a lesson from their crochet instructor and it was truly a lot of fun! Melissa has added more material than they had before. I was always disappointed by the selection of batiks, but since Melissa has come on board she has added so many more colors. I have shopped at quilt stores in Florida and all they offer is Florida tropical so for me this store has a very broad selection of material and not stuck in one particular pattern or style. I have done Block of the Month, Saturday Sampler and other projects and I have been extremely pleased with the end product. Linda is very helpful when you have questions on your Saturday Sampler. Their classes are very good and I enjoy all the employees at the store. They are always helpful. Do not be deterred by the other reviews. This is the place to go when you need material or help with picking material for a quilt you are working on. The prices are the same as other quilt stores but the sale room I can always find a bargain.

I did find an Unpainted, Med Sized Concrete Toad with a Large Missing Wart. The Employee told me he could add a wart & paint it the dark green color like on another Smaller Toad. I Paid for it & was told ready for pick up in 2 weeks. It wasn't ready in 2 weeks, went back 3 weeks later to see a Mess of an attempt at creating a Wart & the Toad was painted a Horrible Bright Green!
