Prior…read moreto completing the work, he came over for a couple of minutes to look at the yard, measured nothing, and sent an estimate. Completion of the work was poor and incomplete. Multiple parts of the yard are not completed, and the yard is not leveled. There is a steep rise from the untouched sections of the yard to the "completed" section. Further, the yard slopes toward the house directing water away from the french drain and has since begun flooding the patio. When contacted after the job, the business indicated they cannot change the slope of the yard and they left the grading as is intentionally. Since the job was completed, the yard has flooded with each rain. Initially when discussing options to remedy the job, the business offered to correct the grading for free (implying that he agrees it was not done properly) in addition to installing additional drains. When asked for a refund, he no longer holds that there is some aspect of the job to fix or finish. The business has indicated they completed the job "described" in the estimate, though no description was provided of the items listed in the estimate. One would argue if grading was not done correctly, or at all in some parts of the yard, then that potion of the job was not completed. The business has declined to offer a partial refund for the item in the estimate that was not completed, which is the grading. Throughout the process, Daniel has been very inflexible in hearing our concerns, even after the very first time I contacted him asking why the yard still had a severe slope toward the house. I would recommend working with someone else who will offer quality work and assurances that they will be able to fix their mistakes.

Will is very knowledgeable about lawns and informed us about issues we had no idea was happening…read more We we're having issue with dead spots and we had been fertilizing ourselves. Come to find out we had insects called army worms that were destroying our lawn. Will diagnosed the problem and started a process to eliminate them and get our lawn back to normal. He also aerated and seeded to help our lawn out. Very reasonably priced and will work with on our time frame. He is available to answer any questions we have had and gets back to you very fast. We definitely recommend his service. Nice job and we're really happy so far.
