We have worked with JB Tree Service on multiple occasions and were always "very happy & pleased" with the results. We contacted them for an estimate and they showed up quickly - very responsive and punctual. Based on the size and location of some of the trees we agreed and work schedule was arranged. JB noted a weather change with high winds and rescheduled 2 days earlier (originally Monday and moved it to Saturday instead) - we were happy for the change. They showed up with a 5 man crew, lawn mats, big tree grappler to handle the big trees, stump grinder, tree mulcher, etc... (they were SO well equipped - safe and efficient) at an affordable price for all they provide. It was truly amazing to watch all of them in action - a well choreographed tree removal team. We ares SO Happy with the results and an easy 5 Stars and High Recommendation! Our next door neighbor had a different tree service remove two trees that damaged her fence and yard, they took three days and did not even complete the removal of all the debris. They projected three to four weeks but were able to do the job in about a week from when we reached out. When they showed up they had an 80 foot cherry picker, full crew of men with safety equipment, a huge grinding/mulching machine and a couple of trucks to haul off the felled trees. The tree sadly had been improperly trimmed by previous homeowners or their vendors, and it had a fungal issue. Because it was so close to my house and power lines, it was safest to take it down. They weee clear that it would be about 6-8 weeks before they could get to me and it was almost exactly 6 weeks. The guys that came out were very friendly. They worked quickly, but safely, and within a few hours were done, cleaning up all branches. She has a great eye and paid attention to my feedback and used it to create something I love looking at everyday when I get home from work. I was on the calendar waiting my turn and they were pretty much on time- which is crazy for a landscaping company during peak season. The last few times I had landscaping done (with a different company) they kept postponing the install and it was several weeks later than originally planned. That company did a great job with the install but their planning and customer service were lacking. But not with Nashscapes. They plan very well. It was a two day job. They pulled all my weeds and installed dozens of perennial plants. Then finished it off with some mulch. They hauled away my old, ugly planters that were filled with dirt. They added amendments to my soil to help my plants grow. I'm thrilled with the outcome and even happier with the customer service. It's very hard to find a company that provides a great service and great customer service. I recently had them come back out to stake up a fruit tree that was leaning too much and they'll be back again to put my blackberries on a beautiful trellis. In the Fall, I'm planning to have them install some evergreens as a privacy screen. I've definitely found the company that I want to work with to make my backyard the magical place I want it to be.
