Super unhelpful also when I tried to cancel this horrid plan as customer service made me wait for over an hour and a half, spent almost 10 minutes trying to convince me to stay by offering crappy discounts of 10 dollars off of my service request, which I already paid for, and then went silent and hung up on me after the long wait because my decision was unchanged. This is borderline a scam company, DO NOT GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY
