Today we sat and waited and waited and waited while Paula and another colleague, ignored us while chatting behind the registers. They didn't even bother to acknowledge us. We waited probably 5 minutes when another associate said "sorry I'm off the clock, I've been here since 11" then appeared to go to the register to clock out and leave the building. Paula then told our cashier Autumn to ring us up at another register. Clearly Ms "Customer Service" Paula is in charge? That's sad.

I spent $45 total. Sweet! There is something I really can't stand about Beall's, however: the constant, insufferable emails! I wish I'd never given mine to them at check out, as they come every day, sometimes more than once. DOn't make the same mistake-- shop to you hears content and decline the emails. They were in such poor condition that I was honestly shocked. A busy store is going to have wear and tear, but basic cleanliness and restroom maintenance should be a priority. Customers shouldn't have to deal with filthy facilities when shopping at your store. Do better, Walmart, your customers deserve a clean and welcoming environment. Any store with batteries the sturdy makes the customer question food safety as well. I should have taken photos of the bathroom, but I'm going to spare you this time. You can walk in there and take a look yourself.

By golly it must have been my lucky day ( a week after St. Paddy's Day ) cuz every item that I purchased was on sale or sold at a discount Mama would be proud. She always looked for sales. I've shopped here before but thought I'd write a quick review this time. Kohl's is everything you'd expect in a department store. Something for everyone. Being a man I avoided the intimate apparel section and went straight to the Hombres section. I needed a new pair of pants more than anything. Something in a darker brown. Found it almost immediately and in my size. Told you it was my lucky day . Next I wandered over to the section where polo shirts were for sale. I purchased 3 new shirts in various colors. The aisles are wide and clean and easy to navigate. Not too many customers today but a huge parking lot outside to accommodate customers when necessary. Okay, time to resume my busy day of doing nothing. Boredom sure is fun. Today I got to spend time AND money to plug the hole in the middle of my day. Ciao Ciao for now See ya in my next review.

Fast forward to end of April and what seems like a million texts and phones calls of bull**** excuses and failed promises, we received part of our order, the next day received another part of our order, but still missing the pantries (the 2 most expensive pieces), received further BS excuses as to why we didnt have those. While waiting for these last two pieces we find a review with a photo of a note on their door stating the doors have been locked and everything was seized by the landlord, given we had one of the managers cell phones we contacted her via text and received more lies, when confronted on the business being locked up she played it off at first but when reading the letter to her she gave another excuse. We never received our last 2 items and are owed a refund of over $1400 and they have not issued the refund as of July 2026.

I could make this review lengthy with what all made this entire two bath vanity project a total nightmare with continuous issues but the thoughts of it all just make me that much more upset. I will never deal with this company again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else for any bath, kitchen, of any projects whatsoever. Their contracted installer did the best he could for ABC's mistakes with counter tops and now I'm still doing my own follow ups to patch walls, repaint, and do fill ins to floors to try and at least make our two bathrooms presentable to our guest....never again ABC Liquidation! Installers did scar up newly painted walls and never did trim out our vanties to a finished look. Their representative at the store (Caroline) was horrible with future communication and providing false timelines of how our project was progressing. The entire sale and installation was a bumxxxx from the get go! Stay away from this company unless your looking for nothing but horrible service and turmoil....gezzzz

But what really got me was her man employee that had to get the thing out of the store. It's like someone just ran over his cat and then backed back over it again in front of him. He was grouchy and uncomfortable to work with as I had to help him get it taken apart and then out the door. Not a thank you for helping him or nothing. So not only did I pay full price, I didn't get the whole hutch AND I had to do manual labor, but the worst thing of all was his demeanor. Put a freaking smile on your face dude. Or get out of the customer service business, you belong at the DMV honestly.
