He's over qualified, yet still went to test my earlier hypothesis. The store mgr sent him 6 "reminders" of his interview. Apparently, Nick (the store mgr) was running 3 hrs late and couldn't be there. Another "manager" tried interviewing him. She didn't know anything, but informed him the manager role he was interviewing for was already FILLED and she didn't understand why the store mgr is still interviewing and wasting people's time.
