Purchased Cabinets from here in Feb 2026, was told 3 weeks for them to get them, build them and delivery to my home and they would call prior to delivery. After 4.5 weeks I called for an update, was told they had them but were behind on other jobs, builders calling in sick and would be another week. Fast forward to end of April and what seems like a million texts and phones calls of bull**** excuses and failed promises, we received part of our order, the next day received another part of our order, but still missing the pantries (the 2 most expensive pieces), received further BS excuses as to why we didnt have those. While waiting for these last two pieces we find a review with a photo of a note on their door stating the doors have been locked and everything was seized by the landlord, given we had one of the managers cell phones we contacted her via text and received more lies, when confronted on the business being locked up she played it off at first but when reading the letter to her she gave another excuse. We never received our last 2 items and are owed a refund of over $1400 and they have not issued the refund as of July 2026. read more

I could make this review lengthy with what all made this entire two bath vanity project a total nightmare with continuous issues but the thoughts of it all just make me that much more upset. I will never deal with this company again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else for any bath, kitchen, of any projects whatsoever. Their contracted installer did the best he could for ABC's mistakes with counter tops and now I'm still doing my own follow ups to patch walls, repaint, and do fill ins to floors to try and at least make our two bathrooms presentable to our guest....never again ABC Liquidation! Installers did scar up newly painted walls and never did trim out our vanties to a finished look. Their representative at the store (Caroline) was horrible with future communication and providing false timelines of how our project was progressing. I ordered my bathroom vanity on Feb 14 2025. They promised the vanity within a week, which it was ready. Promised the quartz top and bowl within 2 to 3 weeks. It has been 7 weeks. I called multiply times with no return call, not even to tell me they dont have the top. Went to the store this afternoon, reminder them of what they told me, and to no avail, no answer with no idea when I will receive it. I ask for a refund, she said it wasn't possible. Run fast and far from this "liquidator" cabinet store. Was never more frustrated with a business and their employees in my life. Worst part is my vanities and and counter tops were supposed to be available in 14 days. 5 quoted missed due dates before finally receiving my vanities, (well most of the pieces) the 3 inch spacer was not with the vanities. When I asked about it, the lady told me a spacer was never mentioned. I never installed/order cabinets of any kind so how would I know I need this spacer unless she brought it up? All in all, 5 round trips (at 40 miles round trip each) to get what I paid for, and 5 weeks later. Asked for a credit and was was offered a token $100 off an $1800 order, but have yet to receive it and am not holding my breath. The only one that is worth a dime is their drive Matt, who finally delivered the cabinets, and made a spacer, that I hade to drive another 40 miles round trip to pick it. Totally Unsatisfied; Would not Recommend I highly recommend that you stay far away from this company. What we thought was going to be a pleasant experience, turned into a nightmare once payment was made in full! First and foremost, there is nothing "custom" about them stating they are a "custom made" cabinet company. They DO NOT come out and measure so be sure you measure yourself appropriately. Even though you give them the correct measurements and they draw up the plan, the granite countertop was still not the correct measurement and our other granite countertop had huge chunks missing from it. They had to pick up both with much hesitation and re-order (which takes forever). I have an issue with Background: I chose to work with ABC Liquidation after going in and speaking with their saleswoman. I was particularly interested in their claimed ability to deliver timely service (cabinets) with professional and capable design support. A bonus, I thought, was that they could meet my custom designs. Reality: In my case, working with ABC Liquidation was a disaster -- I received unprofessional service after paying in full up front including, zero to spotty support, follow-up, and follow-through. There was no consideration to my timelines or returning of messages. I had to plead for answers on timeline and extended wait times (total of almost 4 months for bits and pieces). Finally, I was appalled by the rudeness and disregard for customer satisfaction/service by the owner, Peter as well as the designer, Lee. Particulars: On our first visit (December 4, 2023), I selected cabinets for two bathrooms (one single vanity and one double vanity), granite counters for each bathroom. I provided a number of pictures of the two bathrooms and measurements. Lee and I looked at several granite counter samples in their showroom. She provided the costs of both bathrooms. Sitting at her desk, Lee roughly figured the cost of the cabinets and counters based on my measurements which was approximately $3700 range. I was so confident that all would work out well, that I provided a check for the purchase of cabinets, and counters in full as required with the understanding we could not get cabinets until January. This also did NOT include installation. Due to what I thought at the time was great customer service, we decided to also move forward and order cabinets for our kitchen on 12-14-23 and that cost was $6504. Our cabinets were supposed to be delivered on 1/10/24-they came on 1-11-24 (no biggie) without the countertops. We received (bathroom) countertops shortly after and by 1-23-24, I reached out to Lee to find out when someone would be coming out as promised since the holes in the granite were incorrect with our new faucets that we ordered and she stated she would get back to me. Fast forward to 2-28-24 and THEY still HAVE NOT come to get countertops to fix, (we have discovered that one of them were too short and the other had huge chunks missing on the one side where the sinks go. I received messages from Lee that they are too short on help, there is an emergency with the owner's wife, ALWAYS an excuse. On 2-29-24 they came to pick up the countertops since my husband had to go in and raise hell. It is now 3/27/24 and we are still waiting for our countertop to be delivered. Christina from ABC called on 3/26/24 and stated it will be delivered on 3/27 between 10:30am and 1PM. I asked it be delivered closer to 1 as I had an appointment and wanted to be here, she agreed and stated would call when they were on their way. NOTHING-after two phone calls on 3/27, my husband called them and now will be delivered on Friday 3/29. The delivery and pick up guys were completely unprofessional and even spoke unpleasantly of their managers. When going in and speaking to Peter (owner) in February, there was no apology for the poor service, nor any acknowledgement or assurances that he was going to help get my project back on track. He simply stated he would look into it and had no idea who we were or what countertops were missing. It has taken almost three months to get anything back as promised I am sure ABC Liquidation has had many satisfied customers; I wish I could have been on that list. DO YOUR HOMEWORK and please know that the friendly face and attitude that makes you want to work with them changes the minute you pay in full! read more

Let me start by saying NEVER again. Dealing with ABC Liquidators is a nightmare. ordered cabinets, paid in full at time of order. paperwork and Caroline said 3 weeks. At the 6 wk mark, numerous calls made with either no answer, no return call or an excuse. Excuses ranged from it rained on Monday, we are short of help, or Matt took the phone call but he normally doesn't answer the phone! The cabinets finally came in 8 wks after ordered. Christina texted me and said they'd be ready the next day after 2. My husband and son went the next day at 5 only to be told the 2 pantry's weren't ready, but we could take the over the fridge cabinet and pullouts. REALLY. Christina then said they'd be ready by Friday. Told Christina we would be there the next day in the morning to pick up. Arrived at 11 with a rented truck. Caroline said the delivery drivers are not back yet, it will be 30-45 min. explained we rented a truck, she said not to worry they charge by the day!! At this point, I'm ready to say WTF, the truck was from Home Depot for 1 1/2 hrs not daily. She told us to come back, maybe go for lunch. UGH, Came back 35 min later and we were able to pick them up. It has been over five months since we paid close to $8000 for cabinets and two vanities from Peter. We received damaged cabinets, the wrong cabinet and a completely wrong side splash from liquidation warehouse. We noticed many of these things the day we picked up the cabinets and vanities from Peter at liquidation warehouse Peter, the owner of the company was upset when we pointed them out to him he didn't want to have to remake the broken cabinet that we pointed out to him, he agreed to hesitantly. A week later when we picked the cabinet up and unwrapped all of the cabinets. We found that another one of the cabinets was made wrong .He made us re-purchase the cabinet instead of giving it to us like he should have. then when it was time to have the cabinets installed we found that there were pink and yellow marks all over the cabinets. He did nothing to correct this. we were able to find a solvent that was able to remove it but it did leave some wearing marks from rubbing on the cabinets so they don't look like brand new cabinets as they should. there also imperfections on many of the cabinets, to this date, we still don't have the side splash that was incorrect and completely different to the countertop that we bought for one of the bathroom vanities. We've been back to his place which is an hour from our home at least 10 times with the hopes of getting it next time we come it's been 5+ months and still we've gotten nowhere with Peter and his company. There's nowhere to leave a review on his Facebook page for his company, or on his company's liquidation warehouse page at this point I've given up on all hopes of receiving what I paid for. I do not recommend this company simply on the fact that they do NOT communicate and have TERRIBLE customer service! We ordered a simple 60" bathroom vanity and 18" side cabinet back on March 16th. They promised that the products will be completed and ready for pick up in 3-4 weeks max (they actually said it'll probably be ready on the 3-3.5 week timeframe). Today is May 7th, and we finally received our final piece to be able to install ourselves. We also received the wrong granite and they won't do anything to rectify the situation other than make us wait another month+ to get a new top... Every time we did not get our products or a phone call, we had to initiate any communication. Almost every time we called we were told that we would get a call back from someone to help, and they never called. We had to call them back 100% of the time. They always scrambled to try to find our order and were rude when we were upset that they did not hold up on their promised timeframe. We were hoping to support a local business and to even refer clients to someone in town, but this was totally unacceptable and will tell everyone to stay far away from this company. The actual product is fine, not the high quality that they promised, but it'll work for what we need. This company seems to make big promises but does not deliver, communicate, or try to fix any issues when it was on their end. Side note: They don't respond to any of their negative reviews. Followed up with a " I don't want to hear it" I signed the print out from the debit card transaction at the time of purchase then they stapled it to a another receipt when I bought it Only to find out there is no refunds! They said it's on the printed receipt, it is after I looked at it after I took it back in, but they didn't give me a receipt until after the transaction was approved. Was told they were new fans but when we got home and went to hang the blades were broken on one, the wires were gutted from another, would only spin backwards switch was broken!!!! I always check at Liquidation Warehouse for items I need before going elsewhere. Ildi is absolutely wonderful to work with, she truly listens to your needs and she knows her merchandise! Ildi is alway there to help, including getting help to load items on your truck and tie the items down! She is such an asset to this company!! There is one employee I don't recommend working with, she is from New York, and I believe her name is Charlotte. She acts rather crazy in the store, and I have realized she is just as crazy as she acts. She called and told me an item could not be held for me any longer if I didn't contact them right away, then she blocked my phone number!! That is just a crazy and hateful. Of course Violet took the side of her employee when I entered the store, just as any owner should do. Ildi got to the root of the problem and established that my number had been blocked.
