Ok so what does that mean. I just ran in here, grabbed a bag, you think I wrote on the tag? Tag not scanning but this couldn't possibly be a store error, I somehow have magic and walked in, wrote on the tag and got it on the luggage with a tag machine somehow!! And controlled the tag not scanning at all. This place is a joke and so are the managers. At least Giselle should be ashamed of herself.
