The store is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. It's clean and bright and I found the assortment of women's clothes was much nicer than the Boca store. The shoe department was really good too. I ended up picking up a nice pair of sandals. The checkout line was long, but the police kept it moving and it went quickly. All in all it was a nice little shopping experience and I know I will be back.

There was a article about how different sellers of product carry different versions of a product. The part that stood out was that there was different Ben & Jerrys at Target than there was at the grocery stores. So I went to this Target to investiagte. And there I was, standing in front of the B&J freezer door. There was/is at least a half dozen amazing flavors I had never seen before. I happily grabbed 2 and was on my way. The Plaza at Delray is home to an impressive lineup of anchor tenants such as Publix, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Rack Room Shoes, Ross Dress for Less, LA Fitness, Ulta, Michaels, CVS, Longhorn Steakhouse, IHop, Duffy's and as well as established local independent restaurants, personal services and some physician offices. It's considered a combination shopping, dining and entertainment destination and one of the newer ones in Delray. It's got a plethora of stores and about 9 restaurants as well as places for yogurt, chocolates, and candies. Some of the restaurants like Burt's have been there since it opened. And some (like Terra) are newer. A few favorites have closed, but there's always something to see while strolling the easily walkable center. At the northern end, is the movie theater and entertainment center with bowling and arcade games, etc. We had stopped for dinner with friends at Batch and then enjoyed strolling and exploring. It was a lovely comfortable night to be out and about. And a lot of other folks agreed.

Unbelievable and Unacceptable Customer Service. Only 2 people at register. My friend and I. After…read moremaking my purchase, with the security guard watching me I returned my cart to the corral. My friend made her purchase. As we walked out the door security asked to see our receipts. I asked why? He said " it's MY Job, rudely!' I replied " You actually stared at us during the entire process and you have absolutely no reason to check our receipts, this is unacceptable behavior. The manager on duty witnessed this incident and she told me to show him our receipts! " I looked at her and asked her if she treats ALL her customers in this manner? There is a process and steps to follow b4 you can assume a customer is stealing and as I have a$400 Coach purse and $300 coach wallet on my shoulder I doubt it would be us ESPECIALLY since your guard has been staring at us the entire transaction! She said she would call the police if we did not comply. I wanted to stand My ground, except we were on our way home so I showed them. They circled our items and said nothing! I said " Your WELCOME! And I not only will be reporting this incident to corporate but I will no longer shop here." Now as a Store manager myself I was appalled that this even happened in the first place. How do you allow your employees to act and represent your company in this manner. I want you to hold them accountable. And I will wait for a response.
