Carts aren't just in the corrals - they're scattered everywhere in the parking lot. Inside, most of the store is well stocked though the menswear area needs some leveling. Not quite a tornado, but there hasn't been an associate through here in a bit and clothes need refolding and stacking. I did find tshirts but the ones I wanted were not in stock. Groceries, toys, hardware, all looked to be in decent shape with no merchandise on the floor, no products put back by customers in weird areas and such. I stopped in several stores looking for stockings and ended up finding a pair of heels that I was really happy with. The customer service representatives I encountered were all incredibly nice. A few of them spent quite a bit of time trying to upsell me, but I never felt like it was aggressive or uncomfortable. I was still able to shop in relative peace, and a couple of the employees were especially helpful when I needed assistance finding some of the more obscure items. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit. It was an easy and relaxing stop on the way home, and I'm glad we decided to swing by.

The employee looked for it on a handheld device and told me that there is no wireless headset available for children in the store. The employee then wanted to doublecheck, so called another employee to look into it further. The other employee came from the makeup department, which I thought was interesting. This second employee also confirmed with me that a Wireless headset for children is not in stock. Two minutes later, my four year-old found a wireless headset for children on the shelf. After consulting with two adult employees to find a product with no success and confirming it was not in the store it took a child to successfully find it.

You take 5-10 minutes to shop and have to wait in a line for 20-30 minutes. I have told them many times before to improve this issue of long checkout times. They do nothing about it. When you tell them, they give you attitude. They do not care! This Ross has some major issues with checkout that is why I hardly ever go here. They do not value their customers time. Put self check out and improve the check out experience please! Mr Ross needs to up his game!

They need a TOTAL revamp or just close it down altogether. Space is better suit for a park or some restaurants. I even tried to get my niece's ears pierced at a jewelry kiosk that does piercings, but the lady working there said that she was unable to because she already packed up everything. lol what?! Mind you, this was two hours before closing time. Pretty much that was the attitude for a lot of the stores there. All closing an hour or two before actual closing time. No wonder the place is broke.

When I picked it up it was not set, and one of the digits was blinking, so after I left I tried to set it but one of the buttons was no longer working- they did something to the watch to where I could not change the digits to set it to the correct time, date, etc. They finally got that corrected. However, a few days later I noticed I had condensation and water droplets in my 200m water resistant watch which I've owned for many, many years and have never had a problem and I always wear my watch in and out of the water. So now my watch isn't even water resistant anymore and is being damaged internally by water and moisture! These people are terrible! Update: The guy ended up keeping my $16.05 (the initial charge to replace the battery), and giving me $50 (so I got a net $33.95 to buy another watch, which probably costs about $65 to replace). He kept my now messed up watch (which he'll probably fix up and sell), and of course I had to drive back and forth to the business four times to finally arrive at this conclusion, which was a real hassle. Not the best deal, but I agreed to it since the guy was at least willing to do something to try and somewhat right the situation. The real question is, why did it even have to be like this in the first place?
