I went to the store to purchase a wireless headset for my four year old. I did not see it on the…read morefloor so I asked an employee. The employee looked for it on a handheld device and told me that there is no wireless headset available for children in the store. The employee then wanted to doublecheck, so called another employee to look into it further. The other employee came from the makeup department, which I thought was interesting. This second employee also confirmed with me that a Wireless headset for children is not in stock. Two minutes later, my four year-old found a wireless headset for children on the shelf. After consulting with two adult employees to find a product with no success and confirming it was not in the store it took a child to successfully find it.

Literally store after store of closed down shops and vendors. I think only one place was open for food. Pretty much entire food court was a dark and closed down. I came last weekend to bring my baby niece for a little birthday shopping and it was awkward because she's too young to even know how terrible the mall truly was. They need a TOTAL revamp or just close it down altogether. Space is better suit for a park or some restaurants. I even tried to get my niece's ears pierced at a jewelry kiosk that does piercings, but the lady working there said that she was unable to because she already packed up everything. lol what?! Mind you, this was two hours before closing time. Pretty much that was the attitude for a lot of the stores there. All closing an hour or two before actual closing time. No wonder the place is broke.

"That's a Burlington tag!" - now... this is where gets interesting...! What does the manager think? I bought the tables at Burlington and - carried them into Bealls, just to buy them again at a reduced price? That doesn't make sense. It's illegal to price an item - and then charge a higher price! Manager not impressed with my legal knowledge- Still for sale!! Two over priced tables! Say high to the manager for me.

I bought a ring for my wife in Vero Beach in the fine jewelry dept.They had to size it and it came…read moreback sized wrong the ring never left the store with us.Then they sent it back to correct there mistake so now we're waiting .Well they called and said it arrived so my wife and me went and picked it up on a Friday Monday she was getting ready for work and noticed platting was coming off.I drove back wanting my money back they said no it had been over 45 days.This was not right when it took so long for my wife to receive her ring.We did pay for the life time pertiction plan so it went back out and this whole process well take around two months.Now to find out the manager said it was over 45 days she could not give me my money back on my card wich she was wrong we bought the ring on Sept 28 I came back in Oct 21 this is not there policy it was less than 30 days.It seems they were very nice when we bought the ring ,but when I wanted a refund they were very rude meaning the store manager.

You take 5-10 minutes to shop and have to wait in a line for 20-30 minutes. I have told them many times before to improve this issue of long checkout times. They do nothing about it. When you tell them, they give you attitude. They do not care! This Ross has some major issues with checkout that is why I hardly ever go here. They do not value their customers time. Put self check out and improve the check out experience please! Mr Ross needs to up his game!

I stopped in several stores looking for stockings and ended up finding a pair of heels that I was really happy with. The customer service representatives I encountered were all incredibly nice. A few of them spent quite a bit of time trying to upsell me, but I never felt like it was aggressive or uncomfortable. I was still able to shop in relative peace, and a couple of the employees were especially helpful when I needed assistance finding some of the more obscure items. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit. It was an easy and relaxing stop on the way home, and I'm glad we decided to swing by.
