At the Vero Beach store, The line for gas needs to be clearly marked for which lane to use. There are 2 lines sharing 3 lanes. Another customer started screaming because he thought it was his lane and his turn. there is no way to tell who shares the extra lane. The attendant was sitting in his vehicle and was no help. No other Sams club is like this. Also, when one of the pumps are out of service the flag needs to be high so you know not to get in that lane. read more

I stop at Sam's Club, there was a butcher out front working the meats. I asked if he had any Prime filet mignon, he told me he had two in the back. In less then a minute he was back with both and handed me one and explained to me how to trim it up. OH MY GOODNESS! We feed 15 and all agreed that this was one of the best steaks. read more

So, I wait in line to scan and pay for items. Then, I wait in another line upon exit, to have all of my items rescanned and checked against a receipt. So basically, you wait in line twice. I will not become a member, and upon witnessing this, talked my mom into canceling her existing membership. Store is good. Lots of good items to choose from. The employees on the other hand. Most have attitudes. They don't speak If you are in an isle shopping. They have a look like can you move. Or try to push through. Excuse me would be nice. We were at the cafe getting some lunch. A young lady was waiting for her pizza. The lady behind the counter. Walked up to the counter. Slammed the pizza box on the counter. Which was not necessary. My 6 year old granddaughter was standing right there. The lady didn't say anything. Pointed to the lady waiting. And pushed the pizza box across the counter. Shoving it into my granddaughters arm. Soo rude. I don't understand why employees have to be so rude to the public. Literally one of the worst customer service experiences. I know it's owned by Walmart which strives to suck at customer service but seriously they've reached a peak. Besides the greeters and cart getters this place blows. You walk in to what is an unorganized mess of random beach crap literally no one has purchased. Then if you go to get food you get yelled at by MADELINE(her name was spelt weird) saying "no carts in here!". And right next to you her friends have a cart in the area. Not sure what's up with that, but she's a complete moron. There's also many items missing prices and when you ask a rep what's the price they leave and never are seen again.. Mike the employee and Randy the manager are absolute jerks. Mike would be fired from any other job for the way he talked to us: "What's your problem?" "You think you wanna get tough with me? *scoffs*" Those are not words to say to ANY customer EVER, no matter what a customer says to you. As for Randy, this jerk refused to let us purchase anything, because they've been messing up our membership renewal for a month. Tommy is a nice manager, who told us everything was taken care of. But Randy said we had to pay for a whole new membership and then hope we can get a refund for the one we are already owed. Our membership was expired for ONE FRIGGIN DAY and we wanted to buy SIX FRIGGIN ITEMS on a membership we were told was already taken care of a month ago. There were multiple ways you could have made us happy today while protecting yourself on the off chance we were trying to scam you. But you didn't try. Screw you, Randy and Mike. My wife and I were visiting my mom and grandma in Ft. Pierce and decided to accompany my mom to Sam's. I'm used to the Daytona Beach location, so this Sam's Club seems much smaller in comparison. It's a very clean store, with a nice size parking lot. The restrooms could use more frequent attention and they definetly need at least 5 or 6 more check out lanes, but all in all it's a solid 4 star store. read more

This is the worst Sam's I have ever been in. Jacksonville and Gainesville are both nice. Vero is not a very nice facility with freezing dairy and vegetable rooms, disorganized layout and limited inventory. Maybe because a smaller market. But that does NOT explain the absolutely unfriendly and rude staff. Worst attitude ever. The store was nearly empty when I went today, so there was triply no excuse for how I was treated. I went through the cashier lane closest to the exit door where there were TWO cashiers. I could not see the items as they rang up -even asked about it because usually they show- and was told that display didn't work that way. I went to the exit with the two 6 bottle cases of wine and 3 other items and was stopped and told I had not paid for 15 items. He said I had to go back in to line and pay for what I had taken - like a thief. It was humiliating and super nasty. I fully understand if I had used self check out and tried to slip something by, but I had not. So rude as he had been, the two cashiers were worse. They did not apologize and instead said one of the bottles "didn't scan" as if it was supposed to scan itself and not her doing. So not even an "I'm sorry" for taking my time and insulting me. What a load of manure and a new low even for this poorly trained crew. Horrible. And an assistant manager came over looking in my cart and whispering with them. They treated me like a criminal for their error. It was awful. I tried to call the store manager after I left and was told she wasn't in and has no voicemail. Three months ago, I rated Sam's Club 5 stars. We had weekly curbside service, spending around $400 per month. The food and service were both excellent. Then things changed. Everything we tried to order online came with the restriction of being labele in-store purchase only. These were items we had ordered all along for curbside pickup. Also, this was at the peak of the Coronavirus Pandemic! Why did they change a successful policy at the worst possible time? It continued. Week after week, we could no longer buy what we needed for curbside pickup. We were forced to go elsewhere because we are not only elderly, but I have an immune disorder. Shopping in a store is risky for me. We were thrilled when this past week, the items were again available We ordered our groceries online My husband arrived for the pickup, and he realized he did not have the code number. He was adamantly and rudely refused service. Sadly, our favorite store will now be off limits. read more

When you purchase more than 2 of the item there is a limit and they charge you full price like the protein shakes I just bought 3 different flavors and instead of being charged the $13.48 per each they instead hit me up for $18 per case! This is horrible I pay to be a member to be told I have a limit of items per membership! So if I decide to buy 8 gallons of milk your going to punish me for it ? I would like to commend Fred from Optical on his hard work. While this rating shows a 2, that is not due to his efforts, it's due to management scheduling. We were well serviced by Fred, but as the only optical employee working during our visit, his service was overshadowed by the lack of additional optical coverage. We had to wait over 30 minutes to even look at eyewear because he could only service one person at a time. He was diligent and working as hard as he could, but, by the time he finished with the customer in front of us, there was over 4 people in line waiting. While we were next in line, our service was interrupted over 8 times with other customers asking for various optical assistance. By the time we were done, there were 3 more people in line and 3 people that walked away frustrated due to lack of personnel. On march 12 at 9:35 I went to Sam's, but I could not get inside . Only one door was open and they ask me to see my Sam's Club Card. I showed them and they told me You did not see the sign. You can NOT go inside. You can go inside, only if you do an upgrade in your Sam's Card.At this time only preferential cards can go in... It was very impolite.I went out ashamed.
