It was clean and was bursting with holiday decorations and gifts. after finding a few thing si wanted I went to check out where I was greeted and checked out quickly and with a smile. the cashier wished me a good day and told me to come back soon. I used the same stylist every time. I feel the stylist needs to stop talking so much, pay attention and ask client questions. It's questionable if the stylist is capable of doing simple repeat styles. It is quite apparent that JCP does not require stylist to continue their education. I don't recommend going here.
