I literally ordered a bottle of water and a burrito. Pretty simple?.. one would think.. I had already had enough coffee for the morning, but wanted some sort of drink with the food. So I ordered a bottle of water. I was asked if I wanted a cup of ice with it. I asked if the bottle of water was cold, she says unfortunately not. I say, oh, ok, yeah sure give me cup of ice.. Nowhere is there a mention of charging me for a cup of ice. As she finishes ringing up my frozen burrito for $5.95 I see her charge me $.55 for something. I get the receipt and realize that I was charged for the cup of ice. Typically not a big deal if you communicate this during the process. So a couple of questions for BnB. Why don't you keep the bottles of water cold for sale? Is the behavior a deficiency of knowledge or deficiency or care? Is this some tactic to run the ticket up so that in turn the tips are larger to cover wages that you should be paying your employees? Its a bad look, do better! read more

It was so refreshing ordering a cool drink from someone who didn't have piercings, tattoos, and general gross hygiene. She was happy and sweet. I think we'll go back. Also, we didn't have to sign for a tip. Maybe that's before we had a gift card. read more

Absurdly overpriced for what is. A latte went from $5 (already stupid prices) to $6.39 for adding one flavoring. I can't wait until a recession, so coffee shops get back to earth with prices. Crazy. Beans and Brews is the only coffee I like. I always get either a frozen or iced tan mocha with hazelnut and toasted marshmallow. When I'm out with friends and we have to get coffee somewhere else I get sad. I can never find another drink anywhere that comes close. LOVE IT HERE! read more

Please reconsider your music choices and vibe. Most people that come to a coffee shop are either working or meeting to socialize with friends. I hoped for coffee shop vibes with quiet jazz or just something mellow to listen to while I work. The employees working were very friendly, but when they handed me my tea they didn't put the lid on all the way, so when I picked it up to take a drink it fell of and spilled down my arm burning it. This location is easily the worst. Way overpriced and the sandwich is always either stale or wrong and the staff is rude.

Drinks are always delicious and the employees always friendly! My favorite is the vanilla chai tea and I've also tried the vanilla cappuccino which I really liked as well. Will go back often. read more

I go here almost every day and nothing is more frustrating when you are paying over $6 a drink and the drinks arent even filled all the way up. This is a new trend at this location over the last week everyday. I order a large hot caramel celio and I'm lucky if it's even filled up just past the half way mark. Drinks are expensive and I ALWAYS tip the workers so this is so frustrating. I though maybe it was cause they were busy and trying to hurry but the last 2 days I've been the only one in the drive through at the time. I love Beans & Brews. I just really dislike this location. They've screwed up my order almost every time I've gone. And before making any assumptions, no, I'm not ordering anything complicated. Here's the basic menu items I've ordered on my last 3 visits: 1-I ordered an espresso float w/shots floating. They handed me a frozen latte, claimed they've 'mixed in' my shots, but with one sip I can tell they have not bothered to add the shots at all. 2-I ordered a 'lite iced mocha'. They handed me a white mocha. 3-I ordered a 'B original'. They handed me a 'B everything'. More often than not my order ends up wrong at this location. Which is disappointing, because this location is conveniently on my route to work. Note: I still like the company and will continue to go to other locations. But I'm done with the lack of attention the girls at this particular location have. read more

I stop at this Beans & Brews regularly and have never had an issue! The staff have always been super friendly and my orders have come out correctly every time. They're also really fast which I appreciate because I am usually running a few minutes late to work but still need my coffee fix. Great location! read more

I love coffee especially coffee from Beans and Brews but I don't love this Beans and Brews. This is the closest one to my house and I have frequented it enough to feel the two starts is a justified rating. Every one of my lattes has been mediocre. Super flavorless and the espresso shots are water (probably not timed correctly). Wish the coffee was better at this location. read more

So I went to this Beans and brews location around 9 am. Waited about 15 minutes in drive through for a medium Caramel frappe with 2 shots of espresso and the dark haired girl at the window glared at me told me the price and I showed her my phone to scan the barcode then I gave her a $20 bill. She came back handed me $5 back and some change no recipt. (I usually pay about $7.25 somehow my drink was 15 dollars.. I also gave her the $5 she gave back in change and tipped her $5. She handed me my frappe and it was completely watered down, then she smiled and said enjoy and giggled. I ended up driving to bluffdale and got the same thing, huge difference! Much better customer service, the drink was made properly and they were so kind to me. Probably going back to this location to get my money back and return the drink at the riverton location. It was a cold ass morning. I wanted something hot, strong, and sweet. Had no idea what to order, just know that I forgot coffee this morning. There were two hot, strong, and sweet things that morning. The lady and the coffee she made. There was this very pretty lady working there with pink hair. She made me a beverage that was awesome.
