Iced coffee tastes like burnt day old coffee. Probably fine if you like sweeteners. Adding milk (regular milk) is an additional charge.

Brews on 7th has officially earned a spot on my "never again" list. Their handling of gift cards is beyond unacceptable. They refuse to honor the remaining balance and claim their cards "expire," which appears to go directly against Utah's gift card laws. Whether they're ignorant or just hoping customers won't notice, the end result is the same: they're keeping money people already paid for. Let's be clear--when a business takes your cash upfront and then refuses to provide the product or service you already purchased, that feels a lot like stealing from customers. And Brews on 7th seems weirdly comfortable doing exactly that. It's honestly insulting. There are countless coffee shops in Utah that treat customers with basic honesty, follow the law, and don't try to quietly pocket unused balances. Brews on 7th could learn from them--but until they do, they won't see another dime from me. Avoid this place unless you like supporting businesses that treat your money as their money the moment it hits their register. read more

We asked the barista for her recommendation (I love sweet coffees) so I got the caramel blondie medium w/ light ice. It was delicious! I'll definitely be back again. The prices were also great!! New fave!! Stopped by Brews on 7th this morning and was really impressed. I ordered an iced Van Halen (vanilla and hazelnut) with oat milk in a medium size which I think is 24 oz. It has just the right amount of ice - not too much like other coffee chains - and it was perfectly smooth and not overly sweet. I paid ~$7.20 + a tip which I think is pretty comparable to other non local coffee chains for the size and add ins of syrup and milk alternative. Also, I had my dog in the car with me and they offered him a dog treat! So sweet!! I'll definitely be coming back. read more

One of my favorite coffee shops of all time. I'm from Provo and can't pass this area without stopping here.

During this crazy pandemic I've been trying to support local businesses. I usually love Brews on 7th, but unfortunately will not be back until the pandemic is over. The employees did not take the precautions necessary during this time. They were not gloved or masked, and did not wash hands between handling money and handing off drinks, which is important considering their double-window, letting them deal with multiple customers at a time. read more

I've come here a couple times and service has always been great as well as my drink. I get a pretty simple drink just a red bull italian soda no cream no whip. I asked for my usual w NO cream no whip and the girl gave it to me with cream in it. I asked her to remake it (respectfully) and she told me she can't and can make me a new one for half off. I'm upset at this point because I don't like cream in my redbulls and it's not my fault she messed up my drink. read more

Turn over for employees here is pretty high; I think I've only encountered the same barista at a minimum of three times over the course of a couple years of coming through here, and haven't seen that particular one in quite some time. It's pretty safe to stick to just a brewed coffee here; the lattes are where it gets tricky. I've had both good ones and bad ones, but bad ones are more frequent here. I've tried watching how they prepare the drinks to find out where the process goes wrong, but sometimes they go out of eyesight, so I can't quite pin it down just yet. I do know this much, though. When I order an ICED latte, I expect it to be handed to me thoroughly stirred so that my first sip is chilled. That wasn't the case this afternoon; my first sip was totally warm and I had shake it around while watching the ice melt to get it to a desirable temperature. read more

Probably my fave coffee spot. Moved here last year and I go at least once a week. They have monthly specials that are cheaper than the regular menu. Love this. They do hot, iced, blended, soy, almond, sugar free drinks. They have something for everyone. The ladies are always super nice and very spunky. Love this little coffee stand. The two stars are more for the service than the quality of the coffee. I just started working back in Draper and I always came here for my coffee and it was always great! Now I came back and sometimes it's great and sometimes it's not. I always get four shots of espresso, that's it. No cream, no extra water, no sugar, nothing. I like to drink it like a shot so I usually get it over ice. Some girls allow me and some want to charge me for an americano. The one that doesn't allow it, says I can have four ice cubes but more than that she will charge me an americano. So they want to charge me $1.75 for like 6 more ice cubes.... the difference is $2.18 to $3.94 for a little more ice? Starbucks has always given the cup of ice for my espresso for free. I'll be going to starbucks for my free cup of ice now. Bummer, because I really loved this place. read more

The turnover for employees is very high! It is safe to say that it has only to do with management and owner(s) I know some people that have worked there in the past. And from every single mouth I have heard that employees are treated VERY poorly. Granted, they did their jobs and tried their best, Yet almost every single day the "top dogs" had something negative and demeaning to say to them. It hurts me as a friend to see them crying as they talk about it to me in private. No one deserves to be treated like that. I am worried for the current employees, and hope they aren't being treated the same. Very sickening. read more
