Well, I have found it! The Bear Alignment and Brake auto service shop in Murrieta. We brought our car here for an oil change a few months ago and were blown away with the customer service. Emily, the girl at the counter, even helped me make coffee. I was also able to watch the technicians (through the window to the service area) as they worked on other cars, as well as my own. This place was highly recommended by a lot of people so I set an appointment for 2/28 at 10am . I dropped off my car and was told that everything would be done in an hour. I come back at 11:10 and my car hasn't even been touched!! So I go inside and they are not even busy! The lay at the front desk tells me that it will be a few and literally took the guy 5 min to fix my car. We waited over 2. I went to Bear Alignment because of a recommendation from America's Tire. My left front wheel had two stripped studs, and I needed two new studs installed and America's Tire could not perform that job. Upon arriving at Bear, I was greeted by the receptionist, and I told her that I would also like to have my wheels aligned. She said the entire job would take a couple of hours and the service would include a complete safety check. I said that I would wait. The technician called me into the service area about an hour later and showed me that my brakes were 'below advised minimums' and suggested a brake job. I thanked him, but told him that my Grandson worked at the local Audi dealer, and I would use him to do the brake job. The technician did not, as some do, attempt to hard sell me in any way. When my car was done, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they performed the stud removal and replacement at no charge, and the alignment, with a $20 coupon was only $69.99. I will certainly use Bear Alignment for any future service. They are a very professional, fairly-priced shop. It is great to find an automotive service facility that I can trust. read more

Even though we got off on the wrong foot there, I ran into TJ a few months ago and he told me he was now at BEAR. He told me to come in for a free oil change and alignment. First time customer. I had them do a four wheel alignment on a 2008 Toyota Corolla LE, 35K. I made an appointment, showed up a few minutes before the appointment check all his information from me. They did the four wheel alignment in less than an hour, adjusting the emergency brake and also checking for all suspension front and rear to make sure nothing is bent or broken. Very friendly, everybody that works there and what's good about it they are a family run business and they take customer service very seriously. I was recommended by a friend and I just got a thank you card from them in the mail. I will be back for more service. (While I was waiting in the lobby I received some very bad news of a personal nature and was upset. In my distress I neglected to get the woman's name at the front, but she was wonderful. In January 2020, I was given a referral from America's Tire to have a rusted and stuck stud replaced on my truck. Yesterday, I was back at America's Tire for a simple rotation and balance. Again, I was referred to this same shop. Same stud needed to be replaced. I waited for 1 and 1/2 hours. Brandon tells me it's fixed your all good. I go back to America's Tire to get 3 lug nuts replaced as they are custom wheels. They took off tire to see work done by Bear Wheel and Alignment because the lug nut still would not go on. Hmmm... the stud was never touched! The work was never done! It sat on the rack for that long and nothing was done to it, again! This is twice now that they did not do the work! I went back and told Brandon directly to his face, why are you not doing the work? He tried to give some ridiculous explanation of how it was perfect when I left the shop. So, I told him the threads could not be that rusted are trashed by me driving 2 miles down the street to get the lug nuts. I told him to fix it and do it now. I will be back at America's Tire tomorrow to have them remove tire and make sure that the stud was indeed replaced. I couldn't believe he is contracted through America's Tire to do work and he is getting paid and not actually doing the work. I will be contacting America's Tire corporate offices tomorrow to let them know about this scammer. I trusted this shop and had them do a lot of work to my truck quiet a few months back. Now I am seriously wondering if the "extra work" Brandon suggested really ever needed to be done or was actually really done. I was highly suspicious then and now I fear I was majorly scammed!!! I will be literally looking at my truck with a fine toothed comb tomorrow. If I find any original Toyota parts where I paid this shop to replace them with aftermarket parts and the parts are still original or the work was not done, I will be filling a grievance with the District Attorney's office in Riverside County and will be filling a lawsuit. I went to get a my cars brakes checked out they told me that I needed front and back brakes for a total of $790 then I was told my strut on the driver's side was leaking a $1500 fix. Well I went to get another opinion and guess what A Team said I only needed front brakes. Wow only a little over $300. Can you believe that. I've brought my past two trucks in for an alignment and am always treated very well but I took my new truck in for a second alignment after I put some different suspension on it and they could have just charged me for another alignment but they came back about 20 mins later saying the front end was still in perfect spec and they re-centered my steering wheel and didn't charge me a dime. Your technicians gave you misinformation. The car was shaking, we had the breaks done 3 weeks ago and then the car did not shake. We then got new tires at costco and had the tires balanced and air pressure checked. The suggested we might need an alignment. We took it to your store and they told her she had to sign an authorization to work in her car then took the car apart and took pictures. Then they told her she needed FRONT brakes , she declined. After she left the car started shaking. She brought the car back today and told them to fix it. Now they say she NEEDS NEW BACK BREAKS. The breaks were done 3 weeks ago and it does not need new breaks. Offered to give her back her money then declined. Refused to get you TJ the owner on the phone then told her that you refused to talk to her or call me. Yelled at her and treated her with disrespect. My granddaughter left in tears. Do not have your car serviced at this place. Our car is now damaged and unsafe to drive. BTW when I called back a few days ago as soon as I told them my name they hung up the phone. read more

I found out that I can get (brand new) the part for half of price that they code it me so i got the part and contact them to pay labor to fixe my car .
