I went in for a fix on one of my tires lug nuts, which they fixed perfectly, and they informed me my rear brakes were just about to be metal on metal. I knew they were needing replacement soon so I was glad they told me how bad they were. There was absolutely no pressure from them for me to get them replaced there, but they did tell me the price and said they could fix it right then. People here do great work and really help provide the best solutions to car troubles. My sister's car recently got new brake pads but one of the tire's pad was not installed correctly and the caliber was loose and missing a bolt. This cause it to scrap the inside of the wheel and make a hole in the mental which caused the tire to deflate. Luckily a mechanic named Adam knew where to direct me and told me what needed to be done. The issue was fixed that day and we were able to take the car home. This place was amazing! I called to get my brakes changed and Brendon offered me a same day appointment, which I couldn't make, but he hooked me up with a next day appointment. Emily was the best when I checked in, the vibe in here is welcoming. They were extremely helpful with texting their diagnosis for my van, sending pictures, as well as answering the phone to answer my questions. Brendon even went as far as suggesting taking our van back to the dealership in regards to a part that could possibly still be under warranty when they could have easily charged me for a repair and I'd be none the wiser. I would have gave 5 stars, but I did have a question at pick up and was supposed to have received a call back, but I didn't. We would still definitely come back if we needed anything for my van or my husband's car, I truly feel they are honest and reliable. EXCELLENT customer service!! I did not know that Bear Wheel Alignment were still in business!? As a kid Bear Wheel Alignment was the only place my Dad would go. When I was about to drop my car off at a competitor, I noticed the Bear Wheel Alignment sign, so I thought that I would check them out. First thing I noticed was a Super Clean facility! Adam and Emily were very kind and helpful! I wound up getting the alignment I wanted, but went ahead with new struts, shocks, oil change, and tire rotation, because I knew those things needed to get done. And because the added work would take more time, they gave my wife and I a loaner! Unheard of at an independent service center (as far as I know). I scheduled an appointment, and when you arrive, you are met with an incredibly friendly staff, in a well presented office space, who take your information down, and make it a point to understand your expectation of the service. I was informed that I would hear back with an analysis/update, headed out, and heard back within an hour with a service plan, costs, expectations, timeline etc. My vehicle was dropped off at 8AM, and I had new brakes and shocks on all corners before lunch time. Adam, was friendly and clear, and sent me links with a breakdown of the service and a link to make payment. I arrived to pick up my vehicle, which they performed a courtesy service on, and cleared an unrelated light on the dash for me as well. By far my most trusted place for automotive repairs. Although the name says Alignment and Breaks they offer soo much more. I just had a water pump, thermostat and belt replaced. In addition to full front and rear breaks and rotors done for 1/3 of the price the GMC dealership quoted me. Brought my car here to get aligned after getting new tires, since they told me my alignment was off by a bit. After the alignment was done I noticed my steering wheel was off center by a bit. I called and I asked if I could bring the car back to get that corrected. The guy on the phone told me that one of the inner tie rods needed to be replaced (no one told me this when they did the alignment) According to him it was because the part was not available and that if I could get the part from the dealer they could install it and realign the car. Long story short, the guy said he would order the part and have it Monday, followed up twice and the part is not there (it is now Thursday and no one has called me). While driving, my car displayed warnings about my tires/alignment, which made me think something was off. I got tired of waiting and took it to the dealer to get aligned, they fixed it with no issues. They did say the inner tie rod needed to be replaced at some point but that was no reason for them to not fix and replacing the tie rod was not required. At the end of the day they were just trying to get me to spend money I didnt have to. But I also think that who ever did the job is not capable of doing so, alignment was still off. And they are terrible at following up, I dont even think they order the part to be honest. I see a lot of good reviews here, so I'm confused why my experience was terrible here. Maybe because of how I look, who knows. read more
