It was just what I had in mind- to get a variety of a dozen and have one be the birthday cake. I called to place an order in advance and Kaitlyn told me I could just go into the store and pick the ones I want. I wasn't sure if she would have that many selections upon entering the store but she did! They offered awesome deals. If you buy a dozen for $62, you'd get two extra complimentary cupcakes and I got an extra pupcake for purchasing 2 at $1.99 each! I appreciated that Laurel noted this place is dog friendly. I had Ocean with me and Kaitlyn was so welcoming and sweet to her. She gave me a small tray to serve Ocean a pupcake with and Ocean inhaled it in one bite! I also didn't realize the paper was still on it. Whoops! Ocean did not seem to mind and loved the carrot cake and peanut butter frosting. They are baked daily so it's recommended that they be refrigerated if you'd like to keep them for a few days. As for the human cupcakes, we got: Birthday Cake Wedding Cake Chocolate Dream Choco Biscoff Sunny Carrot Peanut Butter Cup Hot Fudge Sundae Salted Caramel Crunch Chocolate Cream Cookies n Cream Strawberry Lemon Red Velvet Pink Vanilla I got to try the Birthday Cake, Wedding Cake, Pink Vanilla and Hot Fudge Sundae. I thought they were going to be on the lighter, less sweet side because it's Asian owned, but the frosting is on the sweeter, heavier side. The cakes are moist and sweet as well. I especially liked the birthday cake with confetti in it and sprinkles. They are big and well worth the $! Super cute inside too!

There was a great selection of ceramic pieces to choose from, and the staff was incredibly friendly and patient with my son. He was so proud of his creation and had an amazing time expressing his creativity. This is such a wonderful activity for families, kids, date nights, or anyone looking for a fun and creative outing. We'll definitely be back to paint more pieces in the future. Highly recommend supporting this local business!

Despite delivering all the way from Huntington Beach, the cake arrived in perfect condition. Bani worked seamlessly with our florist on-site, expertly decorating the tiers with the fresh florals provided. The texture was exactly what you hope for: light, moist, and served at the perfect temperature. Our guests haven't stopped commenting on how gorgeous the cake was and how delicious it was! Bani also made the cake for our engagement party, and after two flawless experiences, she is officially our go-to baker. Highly recommended for any special event!

They were busy with a lot of Mother's Day weekend rush, but the staff was friendly to everyone with big smiles and they were moving the line along as quickly as possible. I picked up my usual favorite slices: Carrot Cake Slice ($8.49), Tropical Coconut Slice ($8.99), and Old-Fashioned Chocolate Slice ($8.99). They were moist and delicious! Sometimes, the Tropical Coconut can be slightly dry, but it was perfectly moist when I had it this past weekend. They had a really cute May 4th Grogu cake on display and I just think that they not only make delicious cakes, but their cake decorating skills are on point! SusieCakes is worth the splurge!

After waiting for someone to help me, I walk up to the counter and ask if it was possible to pick up a cake that I ordered. The result was the male sales representative with a beard rolling their eyes and yelling at me - what's the last name! I'm positive Mothers Day is a very busy day for you all, but no one should be on the receiving end of that type of sass from anyone, especially after paying close to $100 for a 6" inch cake. It definitely killed the excitement for the gender reveal with this cake tainted with attitude.

I wish I had this near me :,) but then again, it might be serious trouble for me if I did lol…read more I've felt disappointed by a vast majority of donuts in recent years. Too greasy, weird aftertastes, terrible terrible heartburn and upset stomach after... And with these, I didn't experience any of that(a little burpy after, but I mean, it's donuts... LOL) We only tried 3 different donuts, but they were all so bomb. The churro donut was my favorite. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside just like a real churro, but didn't get soggy. The Nutella Malasada was full of Nutella and it was actually my first time trying a malasada... bomb! The cookies and creme mochi was a nice surprise too. The cream was actually very flavorful and not just like a plain creme with Oreos thrown in like I've often seen. I'm sure all of the donuts would be really good here. I will definitely make a trek here again one of these days.

They had hundreds of donuts sitting out, no labels, we had to ask what everything was. Ended up buying four for $13, not bad. Came home and took a bite of each one. None of the donuts tasted fresh, I am sure they were made hours before we bought them. Churro was super hard and stale, salted caramel literally tasted like nothing, blueberry tasted like sweet artificial fruit, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting was the best one. If I lived nearby, I might get that one again, but this is not a place to go out of the way and try.

Their cookies are absolutely massive and they are incredibly thick, dense, and heavy. The outside has a nice crispness, but the center is pure gooey perfection. They are so rich and packed with chocolate that you honestly need to break them into quarters to share, or just save the rest for later. We got the chocolate chip cookie and s'mores. Their best seller is definitely the chocolate chip. To wash it down, their Vietnamese Coffee is a must. It is strong, bold, and has that perfect sweet, condensed milk punch that hits just right. It pairs perfectly with how rich the cookies are. The spot is just a quick grab-and-go setup, and the line moves fast. Just make sure to get there on the earlier side because their popular stuff definitely sells out later in the day.

She only started smiling and became nicer to the customers when I asked for her name. While waiting for my order, one of the customers approached me and said she was barked at, too..and thanked me for putting this girl in her place (I didn't really do anything, I just asked for her name and sarcastically replied to her questions while she was taking my order). A third lady agreed with me that Jayden is swamped with work--there were around 8 more in line and she's alone. Not an excuse, but yes, she became an 'ogre' because she was left to work alone in a busy place. Shout out to management--take care of the business and put more people in there.
