Faculty and staff are disconnected from online students, almost as if they don't see them as students at all. Very poor communication with major departments (registrar, student services, bursars office, etc). Getting feedback on assignments was close to impossible because, quite frankly, they don't respond to emails in a fair amount of time. I've taken online classes at other institutions before and didn't have any problems, so I'm not against online programs. In my opinion Wilmington struggles with integration. The only thing they see in common with an on-campus and online student is the check they cash.

Also, would like to highlight that the book buyback program is one factor that features great value. My daughter and I had a great time visiting 2-3 weeks back. Staff were super helpful and along with getting some used copies in great condition, we were also able to receive a discount (trip was within 30 days after the date of my birthday). I could spend hours in here trying to go through it all. Prices vary. You can also bring items to sell to them! I was able to ask for help and the staff members were quick to help me find what I need.
