When I got out I checked tires and front right was cupping and very worn due to us not rotating tires consistently. My bad...My whole family grandkids visiting us and I was feeling sick about taking the chance with bad tires up front. I went to his shop to get his expert opinion and he said he was slammed with jobs. I think he saw how desperate I was he said he'd slip me in and rotated and balanced my wheels in 20 minutes! Said tires were in need of replacing soon but would suffice till after holidays! He saved the day and I'll be able to sleep knowing we are safer. Jeep ran smooth and true. I called several times and finally heard back that they could not get to it. On Wednesday they said that my transmission was ok and they needed more time to diagnose it. I told them I had to have it back by Friday to drive back to Texas. Thursday they told me that it needed new catalytic converters and some of the parts were in Denver and if they could get them delivered on Friday they would get it fixed. I told them that I would get them from Denver if needed. They said they would call me first thing Friday morning. I did not hear anything and started calling at 8:30. Finally when I called for the third time at 12:38 he texted me that he would call me right back. At 1:18 he called back to tell me that he could not get the parts until Saturday and they could put them on Monday. I told him that I had to come get it. He charged me for 4 hours at $160 an hour and did not give me a report because his computer was down. Would not give my keys until he ran my card or gave him $500 cash or $660 on my card. So he used extortion for me to get my truck. Hope he didn't pocket the cash. No diagnostic report or explanation of what he did for four hours. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

From the moment the phone was answered I was treated like family. The woman who made the appointment was the kindest person- I felt like I had called my aunt! Then I was an hour late for my appointment. I had written the time down wrong- totally my fault. They accommodated me instantly anyway and had no issue or attitude with me!
