They replied via e-mail within hours and said "No problem" come on down. My other choice was going to be Men's Warehouse but after looking at the horrible reviews on their Duluth outlet I made up my mind to trust Mainstream Fashions for Men. What a great decision that was. I arrived at 10:00am and after just a couple questions he had pulled out a suit coat to try on and the second one fit perfect. Without asking my measurements he pulled out a pair of pants that fit perfectly and then did the same with a collared shirt. I was done in 15 minutes and as I was leaving the store he was already taking my suit to their alterations store across the street and he notified me by text when they were done. Wow, if only every store offered that kind of customer service. I can't recommend this place enough and I found the prices to be very reasonable. I just had a sportcoat repaired that had a rip in the sleeve. I COULD NOT tell at the time when I picked it up where the repair was! Yes, it sometimes takes a while to get the garments back, but each time I was given a date when I dropped off the garment and it was ready when I showed up to pick it up. I don't care as much about the time. I'm not really able to use the articles anyway, since they needed repairs or alterations, and the timeframe has always been within reason. I did not know he was the owner but was very impressed with his level of knowledge. Two suits, a shirt and two ties later, I left extremely please.
