Parent groups try to make families feel welcome. My biggest complaint is their program for kids with learning issues. There is an additional $4500 charge for a learning program, which is a testing center & the same study hall everyone else gets for free. There are so many kids in that class that need help, it is difficult to get assistance. There is little parent contact when there are academic issues. There are O accommodations, which we found out the day before school started. It is egregious to allow anyone in for $4500 and then leave them to sink or swim. As a private school with a "dedicated program" they have an opportunity to help kids with learning issues, but we were made to feel like a bother. They could really make a difference if they would put some additional measures in place & hire teachers that cared.

The age groups for the younger children are much more appropriate than where we were before (6 weeks-6 months, 6 months-1 year versus 6 weeks to 1 year). There are many stages of needs and development in that age span that just cannot be effectively addressed in one classroom. My son absolutely loves coming to school and starts smiling and gets so happy when we pull up. His teachers, Ms. Margie and Ms. Allie, are so wonderful with him and we can tell he is learning so much. We've been there about 2.5 months so far and almost left due to billing structure (the only downside!), but just couldn't find anything better so we are here to stay! Billing is strange. You're billed the last Monday of the month for the upcoming month and sometimes the amount varies per month depending on the number of Mondays in the upcoming month. It would be much better if they could change the billing to the 1st of the month for the # of Mondays in the month or just make a more consistent amount across the months. Makes it hard to budget and plan out, plus nobody gets paid on a random Monday.

Update time!!!!! A…read morefew years after hosting a birthday party here, we decided to enroll our child in their weekly classes, and it has been a wonderful experience ever since. One of the biggest draws for our family is the variety of offerings, especially the weekday homeschool classes, day camps, and parent night out events. Since the change in ownership, I couldn't be more pleased with the direction of the program under Mrs. Chris. My son genuinely looks forward to each class and continues to grow stronger and more confident every week. Mrs. Chris and her staff are incredibly skilled with children and provide exceptional coaching in a positive, encouraging environment. I truly appreciate the thoughtful structure of the program, from the engaging exercises and skill development to the excellent communication and organization for parents. The skills tracker is a fantastic tool that keeps parents informed while allowing the kids to celebrate their progress, and the app makes everything even more convenient.
