We recently got a storage u it here a few weeks back and it's very clean inside the storage and outside. The environment is good. The people there are amazing. There very nice and explain everything you need to know about the storage units and payments. They make sure all your needs are fills before you leave. We where a hour away when I called and they stayed after they where closed for me to get there so I can purchase the storage and put my stuff in it. I highly suggest this place. read more

Bear valley Mesa is the best!!! Very professional, clean storage, reasonable prices for the units, they have everything you need for packing at good prices, and they gave my mom a senior discount. Great up front service - Bad follow through I booked this online as closest to the property I was vacating. When I arrived Lorraine and Amador were fabulous, but all I was there to do was paperwork. There was a little snafu with the truck and they told me that I couldn't have it at 9 am (which was promised) but 2pm. No problem. Then the problems started. At 1:15 the next day I called to confirm we were ready when the truck was. Oh, we were just about to call you (?) said Alex. The truck won't be available until 3pm. Not acceptable when the place closes at 5pm. I asked for a truck from another place, we were 6 minutes from their units. Alex gave me Victor, the manager who was the rudest individual I have ever met. He said the truck would be at our home at 2pm. It arrived at 3pm driven by Victor who had the audacity to tell me not to be rude and that it was a FREE truck for god's sake. Now, it wasn't exactly free, as it was part of the sales pitch - and I had paid 3 months up front. We took one trip and then they asked if we needed it again, yes, please. No truck, about 30 minutes later Alex called and asked if we needed the truck - we said we had already asked, and again, were sitting around waiting. Finally, the icing on this very SOUR cake was that they had the nerve to charge us $20 for gas, for a trip that was 3 miles round trip x 2. The most expensive gas in the world. I will NEVER recommend this outfit. read more

This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had renting a storage unit. The woman at the front desk I think her name was Cindy was so helpful and courteous!!! I've never been treat so kind she went above and beyond to make such a labor intensive stressful thing like a move a good experience. I'm glad I chose your facility thanks for the use of the truck this facility is first class all the way. The people are nice but dont get in a financial bind, and be late or cant pay, they want take payment without late charges incurred too, so know partial payments, and they continue to add lien fees and hold storage auctions frequently selling someone things they lost because they fail upon hard times and couldnt pay. I almost lost my things when my husband was out of work and disabled. A place where your down fall is their come up. read more

This is the second time I've stored at this location. The first time went well. I lived in Victorville and worked in lower Ontario. It took a lot of time for me to be in Victorville with rush hour traffic. Initially, Lorraine was very accommodating, saying that they she didn't mind staying a little late to wait for me to be there to sign the contract. I thought that was nice. But the second time is another story. I had rented this unit on behalf of my brother and sister-in-law since he lost his job. We were both on the contract when we signed it. Things changed and they decided to take over the payments. So I needed to remove myself from the contract. After many calls, keep in mind I work in Ontario, and wasn't exactly local, I asked if I could fax or email (proving my identity with my driver's license and credit card), releasing myself from the contract and my brother would be the final responsible party. I kept getting the run around on the phone and Lorraine wasn't exactly the friendliest person (b!@#*$). She stated I needed to come up the hill, show my driver's license and sign the document. So finally I said, I'd be there on Saturday to sign away, Lorraine said fine. Come Saturday she's not even in the office, her daughter is there, and doesn't know what to do. So she calls her mom Lorraine who says, oh she just needs to sign ONE piece of paper. They didn't ask for my ID, credit card, nothing. So for a 2 hour round trip drive only to be in the office for 2 minutes!! WTF!?!#$! Never again. Store anywhere else but here. They're inconsiderate when they're not getting any money. read more

Needed a storage pretty quick to move out. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Any concerns I may have had they assured to address them. One month later we needed a 2nd storage and once again quickly helped and got me a storage to move the renaming items from our home. Both times they offered to let us use their truck to move out stuff which is a plus when you need to hurry up and move. It can be tough to find a storage up here but, I would recommend them to anyone that needs a secure place to store their items. read more

We had to relocate out of our Victorville house as soon as possible (several years ago), and--shopping around town for the best customer service, best storage facilities, at the best prices--we settled on Bear Valley Mesa Storage. Wow! Right from the beginning, the staff was courteous, professional, patient (with all of my questions), and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. As of June 2014, I've since closed out my account with our 10" X 15" storage unit (packing everything out of it into a U-haul truck for the move up to Carson City, NV). The folks here were always pleasant to work with--even with me now living in Carson City, but still allowing me the convenience to make my monthly payments via the internet. I'll probably never have another reason to use Bear Valley Mesa Self Storage in the future, but--if the need ever arises--you can bet I'll tap into their facility and first-rate customer service one more time. I been having my storage for 6 years with this storage place, Lorriane and Alex has always been great, victor not so great. besides all that it has been good, but since Lorriane stop working in the office as much, the office staff that is there now should probably not work there, this company took 2 payments at once, then I ask for them to put 1 payment back into my bank account, because I over paid, the girl Torrey lied to me and said she put the money back into my account, but I saw that she had totally lied to me, she said she didn't know how too, so she lied, so look out for her lies. Michelle then said she would handle it, but to my surprise it has been 2 days and yet it has not been taken care of, now my rent check is going to bounce because of their incompetence. I told Michelle my check for my rent was going to bounce if that money is not put back into my account but she lied to me also and has yet to handle it. Everyone, only deal with Lorriane or you will have problems if you deal with anyone else. Everyone else will make mistakes or lie. read more
