In the past, I have never had to tell somebody how to do their job, but apparently you have to, I came in here with my new truck to get my website and license number, it started off with an employee who I will keep nameless personality, and attitude is not warm and welcoming like you would even want to do business here. I ignored it because they have done Work in the past for me then I come to pick up my decals to find out that he only printed one Side for my vehicle. Who does that? Who puts decals on one side of their vehicle only? So I asked him and he mumbled, and I didn't even really understand his reasoning, but proceeded to tell him that I was disappointed with my service that he did apologize, but no discount and I certainly will not be coming back here as there are a lot of places that do the same Work as they do. Customer service is huge when you're spending money you want to feel like you're appreciated. I never have felt that way here..

I like that the store clusters the printers together near the center. I also liked the paper clips and stapler I could use for free to keep my documents in order. Unfortunately, there is no computer to use. Send your documents to Printandgo@fedex.com from your phone (or computer at home) and give it a couple of minutes to return with a numeric code to put into the FedEx printer keypad. Once you've given your credit card over to the machine, you can print out as many documents as you like up to the amount you've authorized on your card. This store also has plenty of mailing supplies you can buy, as well as greeting cards, books, stationery, and batteries! I also saw the staff kindly helping any customers who needed it by patiently explaining how the printing station works.
