They even have camping, fishing, and sports stuff and a big shoe area in the back. The discontinued items they carry are usually name brand items but vary on pricing. I have gone before and found tons of great deals like $4 earhart tanks, Nike shorts, and sports bras. But then I will go the next month and everything is $20-30 each. It is worth stopping by to see what they have but they have no returns so be sure to go when they have a good sale.

I went in by myself the first time to see what they had. The kayaks were nice and the prices were average but the woman manager was remarkably rude. My wife and I went back together on Mother's Day to let her pick one out. The same lady manager was overtly rude again. She then argued with me that she did NOT have the kayak I had just seen there a day earlier. So I got a different associate to go get it and I bought it. I am a life long "outdoorsman". Typically people working in the outdoor specialty industry are positive, active, people looking forward to interacting with like minded people. I am part of the 50ish year old still very active outdoors crowd that finally has good money to spend on gear for play. I will try to tell anyone listening to go somewhere else. The rudeness and lack of professionalism is NOT off-set by competitive pricing. Won't be back

In my 50 years of riding bicycles, this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a bicycle…read moreshop. I purchased a $200 part that was a Specialized specific e-bike charger. When I got it home, it did not work. I brought it back to the shop (with the cut off cable from the original charger) and they made three statements. 1. We don't accept returns on that product. 2. Did you actually purchase it from us? 3. Perhaps there's something wrong with your bicycle. I left it with them because they said they needed to test it first. After two weeks I got an email from them stating that it worked however they would return it (why?). They also mentioned it may be subject to restocking charges because I didn't return the piece of paper sleeve that goes around the plastic case. At that point, I just contacted Specialized Rider Care and they sent me a new charger within a couple of minutes. Lesson learned. If the shop doesn't treat you properly contact the manufacturer. Why deal with a vendor that isn't an advocate for the customer?
