Upon walking into the store, your going to feel pretty claustrophobic, since this place is very small, and the little room it does have is occupied by plants, and chairs. Its nice to know your groomer is good tho, which is apparent since she has tons of awards hung on her wall. When I first walked in, I found the only employee on site was the owner herself, which personally i found refreshing. (I love when the owners themselves help me, since its their name on whatever their selling, they usually do the best) So whenever you stop buy, It will be the owner your talking too, and the owner grooming your dog. I found from talking to her, that she used to do grooming for popular dog shows and events; which explained how she knew so much. Its appointment only, but sometimes if you walk in she'll make space for you. She had my dog all ready within hours. Her prices are pretty affordable, and considering her past experience reasonable. I was very very happy wit how my dog ended up looking. (she even put cute pink bows on her! :D) This place is a a prime example on how you shouldn't ever judge a book on its cover; you'll never know if your missing out.!

And asked to bath him, teeth cleaned, clean up his paws, and take about a half inch off the top to make his hair even. When I picked him up. They have shaved his whole body down to half an inch. And continued to tell me "they were a little concerned on why" yet never gave me a call to clear up their "concerns" on what they thought they heard. Then told me "his hair will grow back, we can't put it back on." I'm very upset no one called me. Someone that touchy and immature does not deserve your business. I would keep looking, as he told me to do. I do not want a misunderstanding, Colton called immediately and we reached an agreement. Because I had just had my lawn serviced, it was agreed to postpone his service to a future date. I will add to the review once the service is completed. Phoenix was hired, but the service requested was a replacement service. Colton will not be onsite until August 7. Actual quality of service cannot be evaluated at this time.
