Unfortunately, that changed when they accidentally broke a window on my home while servicing my property. To their credit, they acknowledged responsibility and agreed to replace the window. I was understanding and gave them plenty of time to make it right. Over the course of 6-12 months, I repeatedly followed up and was met with requests for "just a little more time," which I graciously agreed to. Once it became apparent that replacing the window was going to be more expensive than expected, communication completely stopped. My calls and messages went unanswered, and they essentially ghosted me instead of honoring their commitment. Accidents happen, and I would never fault a company for making an honest mistake. What I do fault them for is failing to stand behind their word. Good customer service isn't measured by how a company performs when everything goes right, it's measured by how they handle problems when they arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Overall, this company lacks integrity and that's a real shame. I sent them a lot of business and had to notify those individuals that I no longer recommended them based off of my experience.
